A well-groomed territory, like a screen on the eyes, closes the existing problems: interruptions in water supply; dangerous electrics - sockets spark, breakers knock out; near the exit from the territory to the beach, sewage flows from the overflowing sewerage from the flower bed; there is no question of cleaning the rooms, bed linen is issued for the entire stay and is not changed.
Particular attention is paid to the "safety of residents" - at all entrances / exits there are formidable announcements that the territory is PRIVATE and you face a fine of "THREE THOUSANDS" for visiting it, they even hung a spring on the gate from the beach that they caress the whole district , and allegedly prevent unauthorized guests from entering the territory of the base.

Information signs about fines are a feature of this base. The legality of the activity confuses... There is no price list at the reception desk, they will not provide you with payment documents, there is no cash equipment either. The guest book is a checkered notebook, but it immediately lies at the front desk (as such, there is no registration for guests either).
Behind the backs of the administrators, a bunch of crowding at the reception, there is a wall with all the same warnings of what not to do, otherwise you will get a fine of "THREE THOUSAND". For a couple of days of staying at the base, I want to give these “THREE THOUSANDS”, just put it all on a separate information stand, or better, make information folders with the rules of residence and place them in the rooms of your base.
It is useless to demand the elimination of any comments from the administration and is fraught with the use of security forces.
The management (owner / owner! - this is a private territory) is absolutely not adequate and not customer-oriented. You can't talk on high pitch with them. Do not dare to raise your voice to the master and demand something (just think, you paid the money)! Instead of resolving conflict situations and immediately eliminating the discovered remarks, they threaten to call the security authorities and expel them from the territory of the base. No compensation / compliments for the inconvenience caused, and even more so an apology will not wait. I have never seen such rudeness in the hospitality industry! Thanks for the experience!
Advice for those who decide to relax at the recreation center "Mayak" - do not pay for the entire period of stay at once. The first impression is deceptive, and the funds spent, in case of early departure, will not be returned to you. It is not clear on what basis, but the base management reserves such a right.
