We rested with my family (husband, daughter 8 years old) in July 2018. We were pleasantly surprised!! ! We stopped at a view room on the second floor - clean, new beds, linens, towels. Great sea view! A couple of days after check-in, a new kitchen was completed on the second floor of the hotel. They brought new dishes, pots, kettles.

The owner of the hotel, at first glance, is a stern and tough person, BUT everything promised was fulfilled on time and very high quality! He personally not only controls the execution of construction and finishing works, but works from morning to evening together with the workers to create comfort and order for vacationers. There remains a small nuance - the attitude of the vacationers themselves to the cleanliness and order in which they are settled!

I DON'T HAVE A BEACH THERE, IT'S ALL IN THE FIREPLACE FROM THE BUILDING AND IT'S FULL. The hotel rents only the first floor, and all the others are being renovated, with a hammer.

My four days off 28.06 - 01.07. 18 were spoiled. for 800 hryvnias. for a day no service, the hotel rooms are damp, no one cleans, water sand all mixed. Nobody takes out the garbage, there is no place to dry towels, and nobody replaces them. Booked a room, said that the second floor of all the buildings is one room on the ground floor overlooking the sea. .....just awful ....You can say no hot water, served only for half an hour in a backpack ....The beach is completely in shells and concrete.

Admin rudeness. We booked a room in early August, agreed that it was possible with a dog, threw a reservation for the first day. As a result, upon arrival, the security guard met us with a smile, pointed out the place to our parking lot, started calling the administrator, who didn’t even come out to us. Then, after about 15 minutes, he came up and said that you can’t bring a dog here, since the rooms have carpet. We told him that we had previously agreed about a dog, because we know that in our country for some reason it is not easy to find a hotel where pets are available. The administrator did not come out again, only talking nervously on the phone and moving out to the fact that the girl with whom we agreed on the placement of the dog did not know that they did not accept animals at the hotel. although when we discussed it, she clearly told us that no problem! The administrator offered us a degraded room (with carpet, again) and an additional payment of 500 UAH per day for a dog. In the end, we did not agree, because rudeness and even no apologies for this situation made us leave there! Again asking the guard to call the administrator to give us our "advance" for the first day, the administrator hung up, again getting nasty. The second time they called her back, in response they heard that I would be there soon, wait !!! We approached the guard and after 10 minutes he said that he would now give the money himself, and by the way that very first smile on his face was already absent.
