I chose this base by accident. Everything is beautiful in the photo, the inscription Mikron, the administrative building, rooms, furniture. In fact, the entrance to the base is terrible, the tiles are broken (if you don’t feel sorry for the car, the road may seem normal to someone). Of course, they built the administrative corps, the expectations were good. We were traveling with our parents, so we took a two-room suite for 1300. It seems that the room is spacious, but somehow dark, uncomfortable. The room is dirty, the floor was washed anyhow as before our settlement, the toilet seat was pissed, the washbasin was clogged. In one of the rooms there was a closet, or a sideboard like a grandmother in the village in the distant past (at the same time, the closet smelled terribly of second-hand goods or didn’t understand something). The TV showed intermittently (there was no clear picture, even after the master came to fix it (everything was with stripes and a bad signal). When we entered the room, the conder was working and the window was open. The girl who brought us in noticed "oh, probably the maid forgot to turn off the air conditioner. but oh well. We moved our things, had a bite to eat (what we took with us) and went to the beach. Yes, plus of course there is the sea nearby, the beach is wide, sand. But when we returned to the room -there was such a dushman (that's why they left the air conditioner on before checking in. ) The smell of fungus or dampness is terrible from the bathroom, I don't know. such a room. We waited for the morning and at 8 o'clock I went to the administrator to ask them to move us, because it was impossible to breathe in the room. I heard that they discussed that the room above us was free, but it also stinks (why then settle people in such stinks ??? ). they settled us in a smaller room, but at least it was lighter and already odorless (and thanks for that).
I also want to warn you, when we settled in, there was a set of bedding and towels on the bed (I hope everything was clean). But when I took off the coverlet from the bed, there was a mattress pad (in the form of a sheet) - and so, it was covered in sand. It turns out the maid nifiga does not clean there, but only pretends. Under the bed, a used condom wrapper, and again a pile of sand. I took the old mattress cover away and asked for a new one (or rather clean). But we also took our own sheet to spread, and a terry sheet to cover ourselves. If I had known, I would have taken all my bedding. They also took their own towels. Conder in one room did not cool at all, it probably has not been refueled since installation. In the second room it was cool, but even at the lowest temperature it was just normal, not cool.
The bathroom is completely unsanitary. The boiler is grazny, the toilet is somehow washed, there is sand in the bathroom (this is after cleaning and before settling). There are no curtains. You can only imagine what a swamp it was after 4 adults when they took a shower. And when they asked to wipe the floor (I think for 1300 a day they should at least do something), the maid said, "There is a mop and a rag in the corridor, you can wipe it. We have cleaning every three or four days. " They hung the curtain for us like on the third day (we were lucky, they even hung a new one).

We never ate in the dining room on the territory of the base (we went towards the market, where we ate in a cafe a la home cooking). And in general, you pass by the dining room - and it stinks of slop, fuuu. It is not clear in what conditions they cook there.
In general, I can’t categorically recommend this base, I won’t go there again. For their money, I think people should receive an appropriate service, and not what this database offers.
