Booking for 2 suites canceled 1 day in advance. 1 day before departure! The manager Elena is just not friendly with her head. In return, two families with a pregnant woman and a child of 1 year old were offered a single room on the 3rd floor - a 2x2 room with a bed and a sofa and a half. The attitude towards guests is bestial - if you don’t like it, look for something else with us, and so there are a lot of people. And this is at the peak - when 2 suites are not realistic to find.
