Good: I liked the territory, the wide beach, the distance from the noisy street, the security of the base (entrance only with bracelets), the cafe on the territory of the base with calm music (drink coffee, sometimes have a bite). In general, the impression was good. Not good: On the day of arrival, they didn’t control what should be in the room and on the day of departure it turned out that we didn’t have the 1st glass (we didn’t use it) and an ashtray (no one smoked with us and we didn’t pay attention that it should be in the room), they said that everything was and you probably broke it and deducted it from the deposit (not a lot, but unpleasant). … More ▾ Good:

Upon arrival, I had to ask to be cleaned under the sofa. there was a lot of rubbish.
Relatives, from the next room, left a bag on a sun lounger on the territory of the base and the cleaner threw it away along with a beach coverlet, thought it was garbage)))

I'll explain why. We rented a 2-room suite on the 2nd floor for 1200 hryvnia per day. Everything seemed to be going well for the first few days. Initially, they did not pay attention to small nuances, but still they were. Cobwebs on the balcony, dirty carpeting, a battered sofa in the second room, soundproofing, a shaking front door from the slightest movement in the corridor, etc. But on about the fifth day of rest, it began. At about 12 o'clock in the afternoon, an accident occurred somewhere and the water and electricity were completely turned off. Well, we think they will fix it soon, since we just returned from the beach and wanted to take a shower. And in general, it was impossible to stay in a room without air conditioning. I’m already silent about the food in the refrigerator, and by the way, it’s not new there, so it doesn’t keep cold for a long time when it is turned off. So. We hoped to turn on the electricity for about 50 minutes. I could not stand it and went down to the reception to the administration with a question about the generator, which is mentioned on the website of the base. I was told that THE GENERATOR WILL NOT HELP HERE!!! Like this. After some time, my husband went to the administration, where they answered him about the same thing. But 5 minutes after that, the generator was still launched and everything fell into place. I thought that all the troubles were over, but it was not there. From the next day, we began to find cockroaches in the room! Brrr! The administration said not to worry about this. Literally: "It's nature! "I was shocked. My husband even took a photo of one on our last day there. It was impossible to sleep on the pillows because they stink. And so it all started well! However, it wasn't all bad! Security on site knows their stuff. In the cafe "Seagull" the waiters are very friendly and pleasant. Room cleaning and change of towels daily on request. Animation for children daily from 20 to 21. My daughter liked it. Everything is clean and there is a lot of greenery. New swings and slides for kids. There is also a trampoline designed for one child, 5 hryvnia for 5 minutes. And cars for 20 hryvnia for 10 minutes. The beach is only 1 minute walk. There was always enough space for everyone. The beach is clean. Despite the pluses, we don’t go to this recreation center anymore!

What I liked the most is, of course, that Primorye is located on the first line by the sea, when choosing, it was very important for us that the sea was close.
The base is very clean, we lived in a standard, towels, soap, hair dryer, kettle, everything was cleaned every day. The beach is amazing and clean too. On the territory there was a small playground, it was quite enough!
We ate at the cafe opposite the Tornado! delicious and relatively inexpensive!
I give it an 8 because there is room for improvement! I recommend Primorye to everyone!

We recently returned from a holiday and decided to leave a review about the hotel and Zatoka in general, maybe it will be useful for someone - especially for people like us who visited there for the first time. We had a suite for 550 UAH. per day. Everything that was described about the number on the site - it seems like it was, BUT: - there is no sound insulation, the walls are just cardboard - everything was heard what was happening in the neighboring rooms and, as it were, it really interferes with a relaxing holiday; - the air conditioners are rusty, rust smudges are also visible on the balcony, nothing has been tinted, the paint has peeled off, the cobwebs are just hanging in big pieces; in general, when you exit to the balcony, a wretched view opens; - in the room, mosquitoes are smeared on the walls, there are no mosquito nets, on the sofas from the pillows paralon falls out, etc. … More ▾ We recently returned from a holiday and decided to leave a review about the hotel and Zatoka in general, maybe it will be useful for someone - especially for people like us who visited there for the first time. - in the room, mosquitoes are smeared on the walls, there are no mosquito nets, on the sofas from the pillows paralon falls out, etc. , I won’t list everything;
- went to the house for 350 UAH. - everything is new and looked much better than in the suite;
- I want to say separately about the sea view - it is normal only with 1 - 8 rooms, but we had more of a view of the Soviet dilapidated dining room;
- I want to say separately for parking a car - TAKE SUCH MONEY and at the same time rip off 15 UAH. per day for parking, I don’t know how to put it culturally...
In general, their deluxe rooms are seriously under-deluxe. . .
In a cafe opposite from the same base, they fed well.
As for the village itself:
- there is not much entertainment: a couple of cafes, there are shops - but the choice is not large and not always fresh, a couple of points with souvenirs, in short, nothing interesting;
- the sea was warm, but constantly waves and some not very clean, plus a constant and VERY strong wind, the sand on the beach did not warm up well;
And there the child was constantly sick, and they themselves pumped over once. This is the first time on vacation, I don’t know what it is connected with, maybe elementary disinfection in a room or a cafe.
In general, European prices - the rest is clearly not European. For the same money, they offered us Bulgaria, but they were afraid to take a bus for a day with a child (air flight is much more expensive) and the campaign was in vain. So before you go - think a hundred times, I don't go there anymore.

For those who want fun - the entire main (only) street of the village consists of cafes, bars, discos and attractions. We were in wooden houses - no complaints, but for such a price, even more so). Parents were in a stone building (suites) and were very pleased.
I can’t say the cost of one day, because we bought a ticket for 10 days from the Aphrodite travel agency (road + insurance + food + accommodation) for 1985 UAH per person (last year it was 1650).
Very satisfied with the holiday.

Before going to the base, I re-read a bunch of reviews about Zatoka and its bases - so we did not fail with Primorye! Even on the spot, to clear our conscience, we walked around the bases - everything sucks: if the base is nice, then the market is nearby, or vice versa - silence - but the base is terrible! And in Primorye everything is fine - and the location is quiet and the beach and houses and food!
By the way - the administrators are very nice, which is important!
In general, next year we will definitely go again to Zatoka in Primorye! And I advise you!
PS: maybe this will seem like a minus - there are a lot of Moldovans at the base and in Zatoka as a whole! there are direct flights to Moldova, a couple of hours drive - that's why there are so many of them! Lack of Russian speakers

But 10 days is not enough. In general, we liked everything. Next year we will go together with children. Thanks to Primorye and Zatoka!
