They asked me on the second floor, to which they answered that everything was scheduled and booked (we rested with a child) (for the entire reservation, an advance payment for one day, she could not help but know that the hotel was empty) when we arrived it turned out that the hotel was completely empty (only 3 rooms were occupied ) we were sent to the 3rd floor anyway. . . the stench that came from the room is simply beyond words, in the morning we just burped because of the toxic sewer smell!!! ! In the morning we were moved to another room, which did not smell so bad!
I want to add that we rested in this hotel for many years in a row, there was everything, but for the first time we encountered rudeness and the hated attitude of the "owners". Constant problems with water and sewerage, the quality of food has deteriorated sooooo much, "dirty" oatmeal with overcooked fruit from yesterday's compote!!!!! ! It's just terrible, the "owners" lack a sense of tact and culture (((the level of service that is offered in Raduga costs a maximum of 400 UAH per day !!!!! ! But no matter how 1400 !!! ! The only thing that was done daily was it was the maids who took out the garbage. During the entire stay, we never changed towels, and I generally keep quiet about the floor
Near the coast there are a lot of other hotels with more comfortable living conditions and service!

I do not recommend this hotel!
