We spent three days at the Ruta Hotel in early November. I really liked the room and the food. The infrastructure and responsive service are also impressive. Beds and towels are clean. The room was cleaned upon arrival and was constantly cleaned throughout our stay. The area itself is very beautiful and well maintained.

Despite the season, there was something to do on the beach, vats of hot water, a grill, you can even sleep on the beach in a sleeping bag. We often sat by an open fire with mulled wine, very atmospheric. Three meals a day, included in the price. Separately, there are several restaurants, the waiters work well, the menu could be larger, but everything is fast and tasty. I liked it very much. Let's stay longer next time!

We are resting for the 5th year in a row in Ruth. Great base, especially like the infrastructure (there is everything you can imagine for recreation: swimming pools, beautiful slides, football field, table tennis, playground, etc. ). BUT the assortment in the canteen is getting worse every year (although no one is still hungry) ...The most outraged this year was the number of people in the canteen (there was just a catastrophic lack of seats, obviously the management did not count the number of seats and the number of vacationers ), the administrator said to walk 15 minutes. then another 30 minutes until the order is brought, despite the fact that the food is in 2 shifts. I understand everything, but at a cost of 600 UAH. per person per day for the food itself IT IS NOT ALLOWED! ! ! ! ! Another disadvantage is that the staff is not trained to communicate with the client at all (to be rude, not to apologize, such a greyhound is nervous young people).
The number fund wanted to be updated a bit too (nothing was done for 5 years).
Again, given the very high cost of living! ! ! ! ! ! ! Animation has also become worse, apparently, to save on frames. Although Ruta is trying hard to match the level of hotels in Turkey, the level of service is clearly not up to par. Very clean in and around the hotel. Maintain cleanliness throughout the day! Pleasant staff. Decent security, friendly without unnecessary pretensions. After four days of meals in this canteen, they began to eat in establishments outside the territory, although 3 meals a day were included in the cost of the tour. There are gazebos on the territory, from which you will be kicked out at 23.00, because. the hotel is family, it's time to sleep, but at 2.00 under your window, fireworks will begin to peel, charges for 50, and nothing, normul, no one cares about that. The cost of the tour is 35.000 for three, for 7 days. Worst money spent ever. Impressions like from a pioneer camp for sick money and with food like in the USSR army. For a bottle of Morshanskaya 0.5 at the bar you will be asked for 48 UAH, and there is nowhere else to buy more on the territory. The general impression is that the guest is not a guest, but endured.
