Pros:
- we were given discounts (our room cost UAH 1.100, and with a discount of UAH 900);
- room is spacious, bright, clean with two large beds, which are very comfortable mattresses, clean bed linen, towels;
- there is a working refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, private shower room with toilet;
- There is a shared kitchen where you can cook;
- friendly staff.
And that's the end of all the positive moments! ! ! !!
CONS! ! ! ! ! :
- stinking water in the shower room! ! ! !!
- It's time to replace the pillows - they have served their purpose.
- view from the room so-so: parking, noisy street, cheburechnaya and "cherry on the cake" sewer tanks! ! ! ! ! that swing every other day from 04:20 to 06:00! ! ! !!
- the sewerage starts to be pumped out from 4 am! ! ! ! ! If you come to breathe the sea air or can not sleep with air conditioning - look for another place! ! ! !!

For several nights in a row, we woke up not from the "stench", but from the signal of the sewer, which must quickly open the gate, because he did not have time to drive in as hurry! ! ! !!
- there is a kitchen and thank God! The hotel is designed for 50 rooms and if all at once (and this happens three times a day - morning- 9:00, lunch -12:00-14:00, dinner - after 20:00) go to cook - apples have nowhere to fall! ! ! ! ! For 50 families 6 gas comforts, 2 sinks, no microwave, no normal water for cooking, pots and pans all in the soot, because the comforts are smoking, the smell is suffocating, smelly! ! ! !!
- there is no place to sit and have lunch or dinner ...As in the "jungle": who was the first to grab the table! ! ! ! ! For such a complex, only 3 gazebos with tables for 6 people and 3 long tables in the kitchen, which are constantly occupied by someone - it's NOT ENOUGH!
- parking is a separate story in general! Not only is she no, but the jungle war continues for her: whoever is more impudent is lucky!
Cars stand in the sewers! ! ! !!
- There is no cleaning, but there are two sets of "scoop + broom" and 1 mop on the floor, you can clean yourself. But I would not advise! The owners could be generous and put everyone in the room for such a set! I was extremely surprised and embarrassed when I took the "kit", and there someone washed the sand and left it in the scoop, without removing the patches from the brush ...And the most disgusting mop! ! ! ! ! They wiped the urine and put a dirty mop on the corridor ....All people are different, maybe normal, but the owners need to think about individual kits for cleaning the room or cleaning, because the sand is full and it is brought to our feet whether we want it or not!
- no protection! ! ! ! ! People from other bases came to us and arranged long gatherings at tables for which the war was going on all the time!
- to get to the sea you have to go through a stinking passage! ! ! !!
Someone "noticed" on each pole, intimate protective equipment was lying in the sand, and the smell of sewage could be heard from the bases on the left and right sides of the passage!

If you love "move" and you only need a bed for the night - this hotel is what you need! I do not recommend this place for holidays with children, relatives and friends! ! ! ! !
