We booked rooms on 07/05/17 for the period from 08/20/2017 to 07/27/2017.
Made an advance payment.
On 08/08/17, the administrator called and said that people from Belarus would be accommodated instead of us - they paid more ??? ? She offered us the option of an upgraded room (more than twice as expensive) or to come to them in September ???? . They don't want to make any concessions.
We can no longer find suitable options.

I work as a travel manager, when this happens with holidays abroad, they always give an alternative, make concessions. Overbookings happen. But to refuse accommodation and say look for housing further, 2 weeks before a major festival, where housing is sold out in a month - this is disgusting. Say hello to the director. for such an attitude.
