Perhaps this is really an unsuccessful attempt to make Turkey, as they wrote here, but everything is not perfect even in Turkey. I would say that the base lacks a female hand, this is at least, and as a maximum, the director needs to be changed. And the base itself has many categorical advantages:
1. the sea is "at arm's length", the beach is your own and there is always a place on the beach, you can rent sun loungers with a canopy, or you can also on a litter.
2. the territory is closed and guarded
3. exclusively family-oriented, i. e. there are no drunken walks, night parties and the roar of music on the beach - only the sound of the surf !!!
4. As for food, it is not a restaurant, but very high quality (feeding children is not scary). Yes, few vegetables (very few), I would like salads, of course. Yes, breakfasts are monotonous, fruits are not of choice, but what will be served once a day. Without claims to Turkey, they are not needed on the menu at all, there are fruits in the bazaar.

And about the fact that the portions are small - well, it’s not true, although it can be different for anyone ...Our dad was completely full, and we and the children were even more so. Nutrition as for me on a solid "5". And if you remember the cost, then you can forget the whims altogether.
5. the presence of a pool for children and adults (we appreciated because a couple of days the sea was 14 and 17 degrees).

A very big minus is the general organization of the work of the base. And from here follows the attitude of the staff to the vacationers, which, probably, directly depends both on their salary and on the attitude of the management to the staff and, of course, on the attitude of the management itself to the vacationers. That is, the fish, after all, rots from the head.
In general, each minus of the operation of the database separately is a trifle (there are no global minuses, that is, something that cannot be put up with in any way). But these minuses (well, pluses, of course) consist of the rest of people who have been waiting for it for a whole year, saving money for it, denying themselves or their children something (ce-la-vie), paid for it.
And therefore, to make this vacation comfortable and enjoyable is the work of the management and staff of the base. For us, for example, on the first day there were two such acute moments that by the evening we were ready to look for another shelter the next day, but then, having accepted these situations as they were, and correlating them with the pluses, we remained for the entire period. There are no regrets about this.
Our adventures:
First day. The sea was cold, and the children wanted to swim and we went to the pool. There were no free sun loungers (and the benches were all occupied too) and no one who would have to decide this issue. Vacationers said that we need to go to the administration. The husband went. They just took a fee for sun loungers and gave out tokens, they said to go to the pool - there is a "man" there. Hoping that the man had simply gone to the toilet, the husband returned to the pool. Another 10 minutes passed and no one came.

Seeing a base worker walking along the central path (they can be recognized by their special uniform), the husband ran after him. He sent him to the beach (they probably have sweets there), and there he was told that it was not for them, there (by the pool) there is a “man”. The husband returned to the pool. My children and I stand in the heat for half an hour with a bag in which 4 towels, water, sunblock, children's underwater masks, a camera, and which, except on the ground, there is nowhere to put, plus a bag of toys, the children whine, they want to go into the water (we hid in clothes ...we would undress, but you can only take off your clothes in your mother’s teeth). Our dad went back to the administration. He was gone for a long time, and we went to look for him. I go into the administration, he is not there, I explain the situation to the girls-administrators, and they tell me: “Oh, so this is your husband, he was so nervous here ... ”.
Then I started to get nervous: “For 40 minutes now, having paid for the rent of sunbeds by the pool, we have been running around the territory of the base in search of either the sunbeds themselves or the person who should supply them to us, and you say you got nervous? ! » I didn’t notice any impulses not only to help in a human way, but simply to solve the situation, because this is their job, I didn’t notice among the administrators. They looked at me with a look of "well, what do you want from us. " In general, I uttered my unloved phrase “scoop, he is a scoop”, went out and went with the children to the pool. My husband caught up with us, of course, all in emotions, someone there told him to go to the pool and that sunbeds would now be brought. Another 5 minutes passed by the pool and then two sun loungers were released. I occupied them: spread out towels, undressed and released the children into the water - almost an hour had passed since we went to the pool. After another 15 minutes, we saw two men carrying a stack of 2 sunbeds to the pool.
They also put them in a pile on the opposite edge of the pool (if you look at the length), and not where the rest of the sunbeds were. That is, if we still needed them, we would need to bring them to the place and put them on our own. At this point, I just laughed. So varied and interesting we spent the day until the evening. Went to the room with the intention to take a shower and go to dinner. I was the first to bathe the children ...and then water from under the shower cabin poured under my feet. I had noticed before that the pan was cracked, but it was clear from the color of the crack that it had been a long time ago, and therefore it didn’t even occur to me that the hole had not been closed and it was leaking, and even so much. The rubber mat got soaked with water, there were no rags in the room, no dustpan with a broom either. In general, I collected water with my home towel.
Here my husband brought the director, and he did not swear with him, but simply invited him to the room to look at the cause of our inconvenience and dissatisfaction with his own eyes. He brought a plumber and a maid with rags. We were offered to go to dinner, but they will do it for now. Done. But partially. The water did leak, but not so intensively, which is obviously why they kindly left us 2 rags. In addition, the husband asked the plumber to replace the broken shower hose, because in order for water to flow from the shower divider, we leveled the broken hose and passed it through the holder, and when washing the youngest child, there was not enough hose - he simply did not get it. But this request of ours was not honored. The evening was spent thinking about what to do. We decided not to spoil our mood, not to waste time and energy looking for other housing and dismantling with a refund, but to try to disconnect from problems and relax as we are. We made it.

What else did not like:
sandy beach, sand is ubiquitous, especially when there are children. Scheduled cleaning every five days, which by the way was not carried out, is categorically not enough. According to the entry in the notebook, the floor was washed 1 time at our request. I didn’t ask for more, every evening I swept the sand myself. The plumbing was not washed either on the 5th planned cleaning day, nor did I ask, I washed it myself. In a good way, we need a full-fledged cleaning of the room (floors, dust, plumbing) at least once every three days and without reminders from vacationers, but at the request in some emergency situations. You also need a broom, a dustpan and a rag in each room, because 2 times you had to wait for other vacationers to return the broom and dustpan to the maid's closet, and situations are different and running after a broom every time is not very convenient.
One clothespin for a family of 4 is a trifle, funny, but ...going to the store is time that you can spend on vacation and more interesting, buy - 12 hryvnia - also funny, but it's a matter of principle. Vacationers should not care at all, these are the concerns of management and staff.
For a family of 4.3 trempels in the closet. There are no shelves for things at all, only a huge shelf above the trempel compartment, there were bags, panama hats, travel items, in general, everything that you don’t need to constantly get out. And our things were in a suitcase. I wonder what considerations were guided by when buying cabinets without shelves?
In the bathroom we needed to hang 4 face towels and 4 bath towels. There are only 4 small hooks. Well, is it really so difficult to calculate how many hooks you may need to hang all the towels. And yes, they cost a penny. Things in the bathroom, when you go into the shower, there’s nothing to hang on, at least throw them on the floor.

There is nowhere to place hygiene items - one narrow shelf by the mirror. By the way, it is possible and not necessary to give out personal hygiene items. Yes, and 1 soap and two bags of shampoo per family, for the entire period - this is also ridiculous - so why do this circus at all. Most people use their own shampoos, gels, etc. , it’s better to hang a couple of much-needed shelves, both next to the washbasin and in the shower, hang a normal toilet paper holder, otherwise a holder for a large hole in a roll, and buy paper without a hole (we had paper on the cup holder for toothbrushes and always fell).
We really need a set of tea utensils in the room according to the number of guests in the room (cups, teaspoons, a sugar bowl, a vase for cookies and sweets and a kettle, plates to at least peel and cut fruit, a knife.
Why does a medium-sized family-type base need such an administrative building? Money wasted inappropriately, in my opinion...
In general, the base needs a hostess.

Fix bugs!! ! They are small, not critical, but create inconvenience and spoil the mood of vacationers. Work with staff. One has only to clearly outline the scope of duties, direct, prompt, control and, of course, pay the appropriate salary, and everything will be different, and not like in our adventures.

Despite everything written, we will come to Veronica again.
At the same time, I would like to hope that the management (or better, the owner) of the base periodically look into the reviews and listen to those who bring them money - that is, to us - vacationers, especially since there is nothing unrealistic in our wishes and there are no special costs - it is not necessary - just a master's approach and respect for vacationers.
