Last year we rested in Gribovkz, where we really liked it. This time we decided to go to Zatoka. The key criteria for choosing a hotel for me were the first line from the sea, a comfortable room and food. Having studied all the offers of this segment, I decided to stop my choice on "Veronica".
I will say right away that I am 100% in agreement with the claims of the farthest vacationers.
So, check-in: we arrived at the base at 8.00. The administration told us that as soon as the room was free and ready to move in, they would immediately call us. Not even an hour later we were already settled. Our room "Sea Panorama" on the 2nd floor (the most expensive rooms) turned out to be not exactly 2-room. It was one room with such a niche (which is positioned as a second room). Well, okay, so be it, but the little things in the form of tulle black from dirt with different spots, and even torn off, on the shelves in the bathroom on the k. e. nothing can be put in as they just fall off, cupboards without shelves, cobwebs on the balcony are not worth the money i paid for this "VIP" room.

Meals: we ate as "VIP" customers in the Zodiac bar. True, I don’t understand what is the difference from the dining room - the food is the same, except that there are fewer people. The food in the dining room was disgusting (dry and bland meat, milk porridge with lumps and film, side dishes with additives in the form of peas and corn), although the canteen administrator tried very hard to please everyone and if you didn’t like something, you could change it to another dish, to. e. unfortunately, it was not better than the previous one. In general, there is only one conclusion, it is NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE CHEF and make simple high-quality dishes of Ukrainian cuisine without any attempts at sophistication.
The sea, pool and beach were great. The territory is closed, guarded and clean, but there is not enough work of a landscape designer. The attitude of the staff towards vacationers is good (all requests and wishes were fulfilled quickly). Animators are sluggish and without enthusiasm.
The base itself is not bad, but it requires a serious approach to trifles and, of course, to nutrition. If all the shortcomings are corrected, then it can claim to be the best family holiday base in Zatoka.
DEAR BASE LEADERS! Pay attention to the reviews of your vacationers!! ! Improve and be better!! ! And we will be happy to come to you for vacation!
