The hotel was chosen with a focus on the child. They were pleasantly surprised. Very good hotel for families with children. Large clean and well maintained area. 2 small playgrounds on site and 1 on the beach. Everything is immersed in greenery and flowers. Very friendly staff. The standard room is spacious, with a large bed, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a sofa bed, which was in the "second" room. There are enough coat hangers in the closet. The bathroom has 2 small and 2 large towels, toilet paper, a minimum set of soap accessories. There are mosquito nets on the windows, but one window did not close, in order to adjust it, it was necessary to contact the head maid (an ordinary maid could not solve this issue), then wait for the worker. In general, they did not contact. On the first floor of the building there was an ironing board and quite a decent iron, also a water cooler. Laundry services are paid (30 hryvnia). In the morning you give the bag with things to the maid, in the afternoon it is already standing with dried things in the room, though you iron it yourself. Cleaning problems. Only 1 time in 5 days. And only by obligatory entry in the maid's journal. Meals 3 times a day. In general, not bad. I can not tell. what small portions. On the contrary, she asked that they put less, because they simply did not eat. Meat dishes were constantly. The choice of side dishes is always from 2-3. Soups are always 2 (one of them is chicken with noodles, the second one is different every day, but very tasty). In the morning and in the evening, always fresh and tasty pastries. Would like more fruit. Were rare. And there were hardly any fish. Tea, coffee, compotes in unlimited quantities. The manager of the dining room (or how correctly his position sounds, I don’t know) is very responsible. He was constantly on site, checking, directing staff, prompting, he himself could help bring dishes, etc. The dining room was always clean. Children's animation pleased. The animator girls are smart. The whole day there were some activities, entertainment, and in the evening a disco for children. The pools are clean, there were always enough sun loungers around the pool and on the beach. The beach is clean, despite the fact that a lot of vacationers were not from the hotel.
Now about the sad. The hotel is near the railway. We traveled by bus from Odessa and it was a big surprise when we were dropped off with our suitcases on the highway and had to walk 300-400 meters across the railway along a not very good road to the hotel. When we were already returning home, the hotel guide Evgeny helped to cross difficult sections. I think that hoteliers need to think about helping tourists in this matter.
Nevertheless, I liked the hotel. Maybe not everything works out, but it is clear that the staff is trying, none of them fukat and did not roll their eyes at the requests. I will recommend the hotel and, in case I have to return to Zatoka, I will choose it again.
