We rested this year in the Victoria Hotel 2 times: in June and July. If it was bad, then the second time in this hotel would not go.
Service: the reception works perfectly, the administrators are polite, friendly. People try very hard to make the rest comfortable. In June, we arrived early, our room was still occupied, we were immediately placed in a free room on the 1st floor and we waited in comfort until the vacationers left and our room was cleaned. In July, we were very lucky, despite the early check-in, our room was free and already cleaned and we checked into it at 9 am, although arrivals start after 14.00. They didn't charge us a penny extra. We did not order cleaning, but the bedding and towels were all changed on time, at a convenient time for us.
Rooms: in June we rested in a 2-room suite on the 4th floor.

Of the benefits: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, panoramic sea views, large bathroom, hot / cold water around the clock, I did not notice any smell of sewerage, as other vacationers wrote about. The room is well located - the sun was from about 9 to 11 am, so the room is not hot and we did not use air conditioning.
The one-room suite (side sea view) lacked a balcony, it was not convenient to dry things after swimming, I had to go to the shared balcony, but I knew that there was no balcony in this room, so I was ready. On the plus side: even in July, the room is cool, as the sun gets there in the early morning. Just like in the suite, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean.
There are mosquito nets on the windows so there are no mosquitoes.
Cons: it's time to update the repair, under the wallpaper in places in the corners a fungus is visible due to high humidity, with sockets in the room, of course, they strained and need to be put in order (the use of extension cords is not allowed (it was in a one-room room), it's just not safe. High humidity , it can be seen because of the proximity to the sea, all the same, the first line, so who may have health problems because of this, choose hotels not on the coast. The mattress pad was also stained (I'm already clinging to Freimut), but it's clear that There was an occasional smell of cigarettes from smokers on the lower floors.
The Internet did not shoot up to the 4th floor, they used a mobile phone.
And yes, a separate topic of the GARBAGE TRUCKS - at about 8 in the morning this smelly, loud colossus appears under the windows of the suites. This is of course tin, we were on the 4th floor and then heard this miracle.

Beach: I didn’t like the village beach, there are few places, a lot of people. It is a pity that Victoria does not have her own, albeit small, but beach. The guys cleaned up, but still there are a lot of gobies on the beach, I had to clean it myself so that the child could dig in the sand. And not very pleased with smoking and drinking beer / stronger drinks on the beach. At what I noticed that it was the hotel guests who smoked near the trash cans, they cleaned up the trash after themselves, but other visitors were like vandals - even a flood after me. But this is not a problem of the hotel, but of the culture of the people. It is a pity that paid beaches have been canceled, it is better to pay and get clean sand and an adequate contingent.
Food: I haven't been to the restaurant, so I can't say anything. We ate in a cafe at a nearby base in "Vodogray", the usual food, without frills, for a reasonable price. The service is normal, thank God there were no health problems.
In general, the price / quality is adequate, we are satisfied with the rest. Those who are looking for a not very expensive vacation and decent housing can go to Victoria with peace of mind, for Zatoka this is a very decent hotel.
