The hotel itself is wonderful, beautiful style, the fountain and the rooms are spacious, but against this background there are a number of questions, especially for management. The administrator Natalya dealt exclusively with newly arrived guests, and she did not notice how the already settled guests live and whether they have any problems! Which was very upsetting... I knocked out the highchair only on the third day, and even without the Internet for 1.5 days I had to run on my own (there was no access due to the lack of a monthly fee, just something). Soap in the rooms is not updated, foot towels are not enough for residents... Well, that! For the sake of truth, to say thank you, as I understand it, the mother of the administrator, who takes care of the garden, for the fact that, at least with time, she solved the voiced problems and special thanks to the kitchen!
In general, it's okay, but there is something to work on. Respect the guests!! !
