Living conditions are tolerable, as for a Soviet recreation center. The area is cleaned regularly. I was impressed by the cleaning of puddles after the rain - they were scooped out. The sea is close, right behind the fence, the beach is wide, clean. These are all pluses.
To get to the sea, you need to go through the entire base along the fence. The promised gym, cinema and playground are not available. We learned about the tennis table from the site, but to interrogate it to open it and let it play - you need nerves and a great desire. The toilet is located very far from the houses, behind the fence. The shower is open only in the evening and then the first 3-5 people get warm water. In a cafe, food is expensive, 120 UAH. although the portions are large. But it is cheaper to take without food, and in the dining room to choose your own dishes. Garbage is not taken out, garbage bags are not given out - full self-service. The deluxe rooms differ only in the presence of a small TV and an old-fashioned air conditioner. The walls are the same, only with floral wallpaper.
The price of even the most economical house is 70 UAH/person. very overpriced!! ! In Crimea, prices are around 50 UAH/person. cheaper.
