They write on the site that animals are not allowed, but alas, we saw exactly three dogs. I am not against animals, but not everyone can live in a room where there was a dog. At night, this campaign until 4 am thumped and rowdy on the territory of the base, it was unrealistic to sleep! They harassed people and threatened them. . . Rested with family in August at this hotel (building 3). I liked everything: the room in which they lived, the hotel area. The hotel itself is close to the sea, clean beach. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, WI-FI, balcony with sea view, bathroom with hot and cold water. The staff is very friendly, the room was cleaned daily.

The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, WI-FI, balcony with sea view, bathroom with hot and cold water. The staff is very friendly, the room was cleaned daily. We rested with the children, because the hotel had an animator who played with them every day. Closed area with security, which is also very good and safe, especially for those who go on vacation with children. I and my family are happy! ! ! ! ! !!

From July 25 to August 5, we rested at the recreation center "Parus", the first coastline, the very center of Zatoka, at Solnechnaya station. They brought us at 6 am and to our surprise we were met by the administrator Nadezhda. Her name fully justified all our hopes for a comfortable and wonderful vacation.

The utmost attention and friendliness to each tourist, all the staff are very well matched. The rooms were cleaned by very young girls, cleaning was done every day, the cleanliness was perfect!! ! The same can be said about the territory of the hotel. Separately, I want to tell you about the beach. Tendas are stretched on the beach, unusually beautiful, sun loungers are free, garbage cans are dug into the ground, the beach is fenced with a white fence, which gives the beach a fabulous look. The beach is perfectly clean! There is a cafe on the beach where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal. The menu is designed for all ages. For the whole holiday they were never disturbed, the room was cleaned while we were on the beach. The hotel left a good impression. I didn’t like to relax at the sail recreation center, reviews write different about this place, but nevertheless, a vacation without hot water is not a vacation at all. I understand that situations are different, but it’s a completely different thing when the higher management goes forward and tries to solve this problem as quickly as possible, and it’s completely different when they impudently rude to you, as if the water was turned off because of you, and you still you're pushing someone to fix the problem.

The manager is a very unpleasant person, it is enough to talk to him once to regret coming to this base at all. If not for such a disgusting attitude, in general, it’s not bad there, but even this “not bad” does not compensate for all the negativity that we received while communicating with this person.
