We rested in this boarding house in July 2018. We planned the vacation in advance, contacted the travel agency, according to the reviews of friends, we chose the private boarding house Solnechny in the Iron Port. I went, my husband and son (2.6 years old). We specially selected a room in which there will be a double bed plus a single bed, so that everyone has the opportunity to sleep. Paid for a suite (one double bed and two single beds). We discussed all the points with the travel agency, looked at the photo of the room in which we will live, everything was fine. We paid for the ticket and looked forward to the long-awaited vacation. We arrived at the Iron Port by car, drove up to the Solnechny boarding house, called the phone number indicated on the ticket of a certain Alla Grigoryevna. On the phone, the woman said that we needed to turn around and drive back down the street to the Fortetsya boarding house, supposedly she would be there in 5 minutes. This is where our adventures began. Arriving at the Fortetsya boarding house, we checked with the security guard,
how can we find Alla Grigorievna, to which the guard replied that he did not know who it was. A couple of minutes later, Alexey came out to us (as it turned out later, the owner of the Solnechny and Fortetsya boarding houses) and from the threshold instead of "hello" said: "Oh, why did you come from Donetsk? " You have a car with Donetsk license plates! " - "Does it matter? " - "That's not it, nothing. " I already at that moment tensed up, because such arrogance and bad manners of people always amazed me. Then we were invited to the reception. And then a wonderful story began that now we will be accommodated in a double standard, that there is a children's labyrinth and a slide with a pool on the Fortezi territory, and how wonderful and wonderful everything is here. My eyes slowly widened, and even though we spent more than 9 hours on the road, I still understood that something was not right. Stop! But what about Solar? To my objections that we paid for a suite in another boarding house and we want to live there,
and on the demand to return the money to us, Mr. Alexei answered me in an absolutely not hospitable and not friendly tone that we were generally lucky that we would live in Fortez and that we supposedly didn’t pay for it and in general, I quote “if you want to understand and swear, Let's get out of here. " We left in complete shock both from the situation and from the rudeness of the management of this boarding house. Our travel agency could not help us in any way, according to them, Alexei himself decided to settle the guests in this way and they cannot influence him in any way. As a result, my husband and I decided not to spoil our already unsuccessful vacation and settle in Fortez. The room itself is very small, but the renovation is fresh. The room can hardly fit a double bed, a wardrobe, a pencil case, two poufs, a floor shelf for shoes, a small refrigerator on it, a TV set above the refrigerator on a hinged shelf, and an air conditioner opposite. We didn't have a TV remote.

There was a remote control for the air conditioner. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, trash can. The repair is fresh, the plumbing is new, the shelf for toiletries and the towel holder are very flimsy. When settling in, the room was poorly cleaned, it was clear that they had swept it up, but no one washed the floor, the sand dragged behind their feet. The furniture is cheap, but new, the mattress is new, the bedding and towels are clean. In general, there are practically no complaints about the number, except for its size. We left our things and went to lunch. After standing in a long queue, we realized that no one would feed us, because we did not have bracelets on our hands. I had to go look for Alexei, ask for bracelets and again stand in line. By the way, the boarding house consists of several buildings, so we had to queue for breakfast, lunch and dinner, because there were only 3 people in the dining room. Of all meals, they are more or less normally fed for lunch: a choice of 2 types of the first, 2 types of side dishes, 2-3 types of meat,
vegetables (a quarter of a tomato, half a cucumber) - and this is in the month of July !! ! there is no such variety for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was often stale croissants, milk porridge, a thin slice of cheese, and tea. Cooked not very often under-salted, or vice versa, a lot of salt, portions are small, if they give meat, then this is a tiny piece. We didn’t have enough for dinner and went to eat in a cafe. The child generally refused to eat food from Fortezi. Often annoyed by the fact that even if you stand in line from the very opening of the canteen for lunch, then after 15 minutes. from the beginning of the distribution, the choice of dishes has already ended, and when your turn comes, there is nothing to choose from, eat what is left. And on the third day of our vacation, when once again there was nothing to choose from at dinner, my husband asked the chefs, they say, how is it possible? Why can't they calculate the amount of food so that there is enough for everyone? Why do some people have a choice and some don't?
although standing in line from the very beginning? After all, they all paid the same for food. The chefs began to make excuses that they did not have time, that they did not have enough hands, and so on. To which the husband replied that the guests of the boarding house should be of little concern and that they need to convey to the management that they are not coping. Then, out of nowhere, a certain Olga (as it turned out later, the wife of the owner Alexei) got into the conversation, who, again, in the boorish tone inherent in her husband, began to send my husband with all the claims to the leadership and generally said to quickly take your food and get out of the dining room ( Naturally, it doesn’t suit her that her husband began to resent in front of other guests, and not in her husband’s office). Then the lady turned with the same phrases to me. To which I replied that I did not have the slightest desire to contact the management, because he had an abnormal boorish attitude towards the guests. We left the dining room, sat down at the table for dinner. This lady flies to us,
starts asking what room we are from, shouting that we should move out, that the rest of the money will be returned to us (I wonder why they did not immediately agree to return it upon check-in), that they have a queue of ten people for our room. Then the evil lady snorted that she would come to us now with her husband and told my husband to quote "shut your girlfriend's mouth" (i. e. me). By the way, this all happened in front of other guests and with our child. The dinner was spoiled, there was no appetite at all, but we were left to wait for Mr. Alexei and his wife Olga to come to us to sort things out. So we didn't wait for anyone. Olga not only does not know how to perceive constructive criticism, but also to be responsible for her words. The next day, at dinner, the chefs asked twice for our room number and put a bold tick next to it on paper (apparently on the personal orders of Mrs. Olga). To be honest, we haven't had a break yet! So boorish

We have never seen an ill-mannered and arrogant attitude towards guests in any boarding house!
It's a shame that such people present Ukrainian service to guests from other countries. We met girls from Belarus. They booked rooms in Fortez back in March, specifically stipulating that they would live in a building by the pool, so that it would be convenient to look after their children while they were swimming in the pool. As a result, they settled them further away, in our building overlooking the landfill. According to them, in response to their claims, the owner Alexei cursed them, and his wife Olga said that she would deliberately make the music at the bar so loud that their children would not be able to sleep. So my husband and I got off lightly, as it turned out.
In general, dear vacationers, draw conclusions whether it is worth going here or not.
And finally: for the whole stay in the room was never cleaned, the garbage was not taken out.
