In short, in the end we are sent to the sunny. there they settle in a room from the times of the USSR and say: you have a 5-bed room as a bonus. I explain: a 3-seater is enough for us, but the one for which we paid (in the photo in the travel agency there were quite decent rooms, with new furniture, but in fact a wooden door that is slightly hinged, a terrible repair or its absence, the door to the bathroom does not close, the bed is terrible (as it turned out later, the washing machine was broken, the maid washed it by hand, horror! ). we begin to swear that this does not suit us, they ask us to spend the night and move us to a good room. they kept this promise. moved us on the 3rd floor to more decent rooms. Naturally, the room pretended to be removed, sand, dirt, the toilet was leaking (after 7 days, 3 days before departure, some guy arrived, tinkered, said he didn’t know what was the matter and went okay, they cleaned the room themselves, washed the floors, washed the shower, the sink (we still have children, I would clean it anyway).
