I do not even know where to start. We wanted to relax in the Sunny hotel (the owner is the same). Singed an agreement . The day before we arrived, they called and no one answered. Go at your own risk. We arrive in Sunny - it turned out to be closed. Let's go to Fortets, they said that Sunny is not working now, so we will put you in Fortets. Ok, agreed. 2 junior suites were ordered for 1200 + meals for 4 people. And then I was shocked, the number for 1200 does not pull at all, a maximum of 300-400 UAH !!! ! Everything disappears, the room is dirty, water drips in the washbasin, the shower can generally be killed or severely injured because of the doors that fall off and will fall off soon, hair is black in the bathroom, although I am blonde, dirty towels, short sheets, dirty carpet, dirty trash can, mold and rust. The food is not worth that kind of money at all, only 2 times I ate deliciously it was pea soup and baked thighs with garlic, the remaining 6 days were terrible. Even tea was one of the cheapest, and hibiscus was considered compote. But the director is building another hotel, and in the old ones, so be it. Do people really have to stay in such rooms for that kind of money? ? More than once, and not alone, I injured my leg on the edge that sticks out on the corner of the bed. The music is so annoying that I can't sleep well. The contingent is mostly drunks, let them drink, but they just interfere with rest from morning to 00:00, and the administration does not say anything. The pool saved the situation a little, but which is constantly cold, since there is no heating in it. Conclusion, if you just want to swell by the pool, after which you will have no where to sleep - welcome. If you want to relax in comfort, this is definitely not the place for you.
