We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago with our kids. I want to say right away that this hotel is an ideal place for romantic couples and for off-season holidays (we were in September). When there are no people, silence, etc. The hotel itself is pretty good, we lived in the Yacht Room (suite). The restaurant is very decent, we ate breakfast, everything is fresh and really tasty, not like in an eatery cafe. Food of a high level, service - try. Near the Vorontsov Palace, there is where to take a walk.
For families with children, I would not recommend this hotel, because after all, for children it is necessary that the sea is nearby, and that there are no dances in the restaurant when you go from the sea or the child is sleeping. Still, this is primarily a restaurant, not a hotel, the rooms have already been completed for the restaurant, this must be borne in mind, plus the hotel itself is located in the center of Alupka, it takes about 15 minutes to go down to the sea, it’s harder back.
so if you really realize where and why you are going - you will like it!
