Disadvantage number 1. entrance from the STREET, and quite busy. I have never seen a single hotel, and I travel a lot so that the entrance to the room, while the suite, is so inconveniently arranged. To have breakfast, you have to go outside, climb steep stairs, undress, then dress again to return to the room.
Inconvenience number 2. the disgusting quality of any food that is harder than pancakes. Instead of pasta, some slimy pasta with soy sauce, fish soup, the children did not eat at all, although they usually like it. As a result, I had to urgently run around all the neighborhoods to find a restaurant with normal food. Fortunately, there were such people in the vicinity - Karamba and a cafe in the Royalt hotel.
Inconvenience number 3. A vile smell in the morning in one of the bathrooms - no further comment is required.
Inconvenience number 4. Room cleaning is carried out only with a personal appeal to the administrator.

Inconvenience number 5. When paying, no receipts or checks are issued. As a result, I had to pay twice for one of the additional breakfasts, as the administrator refused to remember or did not write it down in the journal - I still did not understand the reason that I paid for breakfast the day before, and I did not want to spoil my mood. The price is small - 25 hryvnia, but still unpleasant.
