Just returned from the hotel, went to Alupka for the new year. The hotel is almost perfect, but there are some minor drawbacks. Firstly, we were met by an incomprehensible man, who later called himself a security guard, took us to the room, and disappeared - for more than three days we did not see any of the staff, except for the girl who took the trash. Second - we had a standard room on the ground floor - so there is no balcony, there is a common terrace, which was mentioned nowhere and no one was, it was a little upset, the room itself is small with a rather narrow bed for two and the same narrow blanket, but but a very large bathroom.
Everything else is solid pluses - the view is chic, its own pontoon, the territory is closed, guarded, large and clean, the location is convenient, the furniture in the room is new, everything you need is there, including a kettle and a minimum set of dishes
Thanks to the hotel, I would like to return)
