Cons: 1) incompetent, lazy and often boorish hotel staff, from administrators to waiters (with the exception of animators and cleaners). For example, when we were settled in a room where there were two dirty pillows without pillowcases, we had to ask the administrator 4 times to provide them to us, and only after 2.5 hours our request was heard. To all our claims, the administrator stated that "she does not owe us anything" and "this is not a 5-star hotel for you. " The waiters, when you make a remark to them or ask a question, silently turn their backs on you and walk away. When you ask on the beach to turn down the music (not everyone likes to go deaf from aggressive club music at 1600), the girl brazenly declares that the music is playing quietly, that we can complain wherever we want, that we don’t pay her salary, and if we don’t like it - that's our problem.
2) Breakfast buffet. The fact is that the hotel has about 70 rooms, and there are sorely lacking tables in the cafe. So you will either have to fight for a free chair with other hungry vacationers, or come later, but be content with leftovers, because despite the fact that breakfast is from 8 to 10 in the morning, there is almost no food left after 920. You will not see sausage and cheese cuts (the administrator saves on this), and you will be pleased with butter only on holidays. Once we decided to order lunch from the menu there. Dumplings, soup with meatballs brought in 1 hour and 40 minutes! Salad and mojito waited almost an hour.

3) Numbers. In general, everything is fine, but I do not understand why almost all rooms have one double bed. You know, it's not for everyone. And he has one blanket on him. When we asked for a second one, they brought it to us, but the bed linen for it lay separately. Say, you yourself will put a blanket in a duvet cover. I also encountered the fact that when we checked out of the room, we missed one mug, although I did not break it and did not lose it. And in general, why are there 3 mugs in a room for 2 people ? ! Basically, I had to pay. A trifle, but unpleasant.
4) Beach. If you like to get up at 6 in the morning, then you will not have problems. But those who like to sleep in longer will find that the beach umbrellas are still taken down at 7 am, as soon as the hotel worker arrives.
