Check in was great in 5 minutes. I liked the balcony where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We were lucky as they gave us a larger room than we had booked at no extra charge.
We were specifically looking for a hotel to cook on our own.
When I checked out, I forgot my extra-comfort shoes in the room. Great was my surprise when these shoes were brought to me in St. Petersburg, where I live, right at home!
