This is where the merits end. I met the room with a toilet bowl dirty from other people's feces, there was someone else's hair in the shower room, which the child immediately grabbed in his hands and ran around the room, chips were lying under the table, they never clean the balcony along the way, the handle from the front door to the bathroom was generally broken off. Despite the fact that we immediately pointed it out, no one fixed it during the entire rest. We had to wait until the room was cleaned, for which they looked at us with displeasure. When asked if there would be periodic cleaning, they answered that there was a rag and a mop in the room. . . (self-service). The fact that we need a baby cot was reported at the time of booking and on the day of arrival, but upon check-in, the "staff", despite my fatigue, with amazing simplicity, offered me to drag the crib from the basement. I asked for a pass to the beach, to which I was told: "you will go tomorrow. " The beach is 300 meters away, and belongs to another hotel, overflowing with paid sunbeds of 40 gr. And so we wait in the morning for clean towels (they don’t change them on their own) at the agreed time, but they are not carried by everyone. We call in the evening - she says that they will bring it now, again we are waiting for two hours. They are not there, we call again - with amazing simplicity she reports that it turns out she does not have towels and when they will be unknown !! ! Naturally, we did not leave all the time and moved out earlier. Now she calls our tour operator and extorts money for a penalty (they say her numbers are idle) calling us harmful. MOVIE COMEDY!!! !
