sorry wasted money

Absolutely agree with the previous review. About everything in order. We booked suite A 2 months before our trip. After reading positive reviews, we went in anticipation of a miracle (because a good holiday in the Crimea is, in my opinion, a miracle). By the way, we went to the Crimea only because the child is still quite small, but we will never go to the Crimea again and for nothing. So, we arrived, met a very pleasant young man Sergey on a brand new Mercedes minibus (Sergey and Mercedes were the only ones that corresponded to the declared level). We got even more excited. But. . . When we arrived at the place, we were given a JUNIOR SUITE A room (the price, sorry, is 2 times lower, and the room is 2 times smaller). We refused. Then we were offered suite B. Again we refused. And only when I called the hostess and expressed my displeasure, we were settled in the so-called "Suite A". Attention: there is no telephone in the room. At the same time, it is located on the 4th floor, and every time you need something from the administrator, you either have to spend money on mobile communications (a trifle, but not pleasant), or run up and down on your two legs.
The room doesn't look nearly as chic as it does in the photo. The repair was done a long time ago, some kind of cheap carpet on the floor, and at the same time very dirty (it would be better if it was completely removed), cabinet doors creak, there is no light in the hallway, a soap dish and a glass for toothbrushes hang on one side in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer in the room. There were 2 sets of towels even though we were 3 adults. There is dirt on the balcony from our predecessors (someone ate something tasty). I run downstairs, ask for a set of towels, a hair dryer, a crib and clean up on the balcony. At the same time, we warned about the baby cot in advance, asked to be put in the room for our arrival, because. the child gets tired from the road). The crib was delivered after 3 hours, towels after 3.5, a hair dryer after about 4, and on the balcony I had to clean it myself, tk. waited until the evening, and did not wait.
Nutrition in general is a separate issue: such shit (sorry), as they gave us for breakfast, I have not eaten anywhere else, although not, in hospitals they give about the same thing. Breakfast alternates: 1 day - scrambled eggs, 1 day - pancakes with cottage cheese (terrible), 1 day - casserole, 1 day - ATTENTION cold glued vermicelli and half a sausage : -) go nuts!! ! for the money that we paid for this suite, it would be possible to live in Turkey in 5 stars with all inclusive. At the same time, if you do not want to eat what was served to you, but want a banal scrambled eggs, please be kind for 4 UAH. for each fried egg (a dozen costs 5 UAH). Oh yes, I forgot, for every breakfast they brought 2 too small pieces of sausage and sometimes 2 pieces of cheese per person. Sometimes just cheese. In general, very soon we began to bring sausage, cheese, etc. for breakfast with us. That is, breakfast, one might say, is not included in the price.

Lunch and dinner must be ordered in the morning. There are very few dishes on the menu, and the chef refuses to cook a lot. Barbecue only in the evening, the first course is only 1 kind for lunch (someone ordered borscht, so you either take borscht, or nothing). Actually no wonder: when we arrived, the hotel had: 1 administrator, 2 maids, a security guard, drivers, 1 cook and 1 waitress. At the same time, the cook and the waitress themselves went to the grocery store, the cook himself cooked everything, and in between lunches and dinners, he also washed the floors in the kitchen. And in the middle of our stay, the maids and the waitress were fired. The administrator became part-time maid and laundress, and the cook became part-time waiter. Therefore, it is probably not surprising that the chef has no idea about such dishes as Caesar salad, julienne and pike perch baked in foil. Because no self-respecting chef will be a cook-polisher-waiter-delivery courier. The prices are like in a good restaurant, but the variety of dishes consisting of 3 ingredients - meat, mushrooms and mayonnaise, made me sick already on the 3rd day. Most of the time there are no drinks. And the wine is only dry, because, as the chef explained to me, the hotel management drinks only dry wine. I'm very happy for them.
When the hotel management arrived for a couple of days, (we were informed about this in advance), the cook-waiter served only them all evening, and our coffee was brought after satisfying all their wishes. It was as if our guide had arrived and we should shut up and wait patiently. For some reason, in the West, the opposite is true: management comes to check that customers are completely satisfied with the service. And in Bon Maison, the management must be satisfied with the service, and what are the guests unsatisfied with - the lack of sweet wines and vodka in the bar, the quality of the dishes, the 3-hour wait for a bill from the waitress or the long wait for coffee - what does the management care about this?
The beach is there. But we can assume that it does not exist. This is a piece of land 10 meters wide and 15 meters long, surrounded on 3 sides by high concrete walls and on 1 side by water. You feel like a prisoner on a walk. Therefore, we went to the beach to the working corner, it is much better there, we paid for the beach out of our own pocket (15 UAH per person). Travel to the beach is paid, 5 UAH. per person in a day.
Due to a shortage of personnel at the hotel, the ashtrays by the pool are changed about once a day. The hotel grounds are really beautiful, but dirty mattresses on the sunbeds and swings and leaves floating in the pool spoil the experience.
Summing up, I can say one thing: for the first time I am very sorry for the money spent.
TERRIBLE!!! !
