The territory of the hotel is beyond praise. Truly an oasis in the middle of the city. A huge number of marvelously smelling flowers and very beautiful plants. There are many secluded corners on the territory, for example, swings immersed in greenery. You sit in the shade, admire the beauty of the garden and listen to the quiet murmur of the fountain. . .
I also really liked the decor of the room. Cozy and beautiful, close to the Provence style. The photos on the site are 100% true.
From the balcony (we lived on the 4th floor) and the pool, a wonderful and bewitching view of the mountains, the sea and the panorama of Alushta opens up.
As for food, we had breakfast and sometimes lunch at the hotel. The food is very tasty, the portions are large and the dishes come very quickly. I liked that you could order lunch at any time and ask to cook whatever you want. In terms of cost, by the way, dinners at the hotel came out to us much cheaper than in various cafes on the waterfront. Breakfasts are included in the price.
And finally, the most important thing is the service. They met us like relatives, immediately settled us, we didn’t even have time to come to our senses. A bottle of champagne, a couple of Raffaellos and a heart of rose petals were waiting for us in the room. It seems like a trifle, but nice : ) The attitude of the staff is very friendly, any requests were always promptly fulfilled. For the sea and the pool, towels were provided upon request. The room was cleaned daily, there are no complaints about the quality of cleaning. Towels were also changed daily. Bed linen was changed after 4 days. The last pleasantly shocking fact was that we were not even charged for a late check-out, although we only left at 6 pm! Wi-Fi caught perfectly in the room and in the local summer restaurant, where we had breakfast and lunch, and quite tolerably by the pool.
The only thing that I would call not even a minus, but a feature is that it really takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea with an average step, and in the opposite direction you need to climb uphill. But for us it was again a plus. As we wrote here earlier, it helped a lot to keep fit on vacation : ) For those who find such daily walks a burden, a wonderful outdoor pool is always available.
In general, I highly recommend staying at the Bon Maison Hotel!

On the hotel website, both the photo and the description of the services are all correct. Except for one thing - there was no claimed MULTIPLE delivery to the beach during the day. We left at 9:30, back at 13:30. But I suppose that with the increasing number of tourists, cars will run more often. Looks like it's at the start of the season.
Otherwise, everything is just wonderful - conditions, territory, service. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious breakfasts.
For technical details - daily cleaning, large portions for breakfast, it is convenient that there are two pools, a pass to a normal beach, Wi-Fi, the staff is polite.
Being on the territory you get aesthetic pleasure, both in the room and in the garden. And the view from the balcony was the most gorgeous - on the one hand, the sea is in the distance, on the other, the mountains, and in front of the city, in full view.

And after walking around the "city", I realized that this is one of the best options for this level. Good value for money. Friendly staff, always clean. They cook delicious, especially compared to the various cafes on the waterfront! Rooms. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and bright. The room has a double bed, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning. Since we had a 2-year-old child with us, we were provided with a baby cot (free of charge). A satin canopy over the bed, elegant carved comfortable furniture, interior accessories create an atmosphere of home comfort.
Territory. A lot has been said about the splendor and beauty of the hotel garden and its territory, and the landscape created by the designers is really impressive. You just have to see it with your own eyes, you can’t describe everything in words.
Playground. Swings, loopholes, slide, we liked everything. Comfortable, stylish, interesting, entertaining. The playground is covered with fine gravel (I may be mistaken to call it small pebbles), our child ran barefoot there!!!!
Staff. This is a very friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable team. Everyone has their own duties and everyone conscientiously fulfills them. They met us, as they say, "like relatives", surrounded us with attention and care.
Nutrition. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. The cook prepares everything and it is delicious, you just need to discuss in advance what you prefer (for example, milk for children 2.5%, 3.2% or 6%). We tried to eat in other places in the city and came to the conclusion that they would not feed us better than in a hotel. Prices here are the same as in other restaurants in the city. In the vaunted "Home-style" dining room, everything is cold, the tables are dirty, there are a lot of people, brrr, and prices in general are only 10% less.
Beach. This is the only weak point of this hotel in my opinion. We don’t have our own beach yet, they drove it to a rented one - it’s narrow, there are always a lot of people on it, although outsiders are not allowed on it. We were taken to the beach by minibus, in the morning and in the evening, very convenient.
My impressions: I liked it in general. It was a little inconvenient with a 2-year-old child on the territory, there are a lot of steps and I had to walk everywhere with the child by the hand to control it so that it would not fall, but these are temporary difficulties. There were about forty people in the hotel at the same time, but there was no feeling of a "crowd", the rest turned out to be almost individual. We always go to new metas, because one thing does not suit us, then another, and here for the first time there was a desire to return to the hotel again. But the second building is being built there, which means that the number of vacationers will increase, and the conditions of stay on the territory and the food system will change accordingly. How this will affect the quality of rest is difficult to imagine. I understand that the company needs to develop and I hope that the quality of the services provided will remain at the same level.

4) As a tip, remake the site. It's too weak compared to the hotel itself. Make it brighter, not so dry. . . This will attract tourists and will be more in line with a really great place to stay.

They used to like to go to "Yalta-Intourist" because of the excellent infrastructure of the hotel, fortunately this season there were no places in June for some reason, but fortunately because after going through a lot of options on the net, weighing the prices and the expected impressions, we stopped at this hotel and have no regrets. If your pocket allows, I highly recommend Villa "Olga". The hotel administration gave us an excursion to the Professor's Corner, "Olga" is something. . . The hotel is super, the garden and the park are just magnificent, respect to the landscape designer and the hotel staff. write platitudes about towels, bedding, etc. - they give out, change, they take you to the beach, they do everything to make you feel just fine and comfortable. birdsong thought, am I still sleeping? , if so, let this dream be longer...
This year the beach was rented by the Severnaya Dvina boarding house. At first they were upset, from the splendor of the hotel to a simple Soviet beach, but later they realized that, like everything else in Alushta, it is much better than the crowded city one, more modest than at the "Sea", normally. We ate at the hotel. Having assessed the situation on the spot, we realized that this is the best choice, firstly, very high quality and very tasty, and secondly, there is a difference to dine on a beautiful summer terrace in the shade of trees, listen to birds, and look from above at the city and the sea, or under the "hit" in heat on the embankment. However, if you want to save money, "Home food" and "Ukrainian cuisine" on the embankment may help you with this, the prices are lower there, but somehow we never used it, we immediately liked the kitchen at the hotel and change nothing didn’t want to. Everything has already been written about the pools - there are 2 of them, very comfortable, sun loungers, umbrellas, a toilet, a shower, everything is nearby. sea, the rooms are reminiscent of the bedrooms in Versailles, everything is in gold, expensive fabric, generally in both hotels you can really feel the taste, everything is thought out and it’s clear that they didn’t save on anything, everything is of the highest level, there are a lot of important interior details, and, as far as I understand, many were brought from abroad, because even in Kiev stores many interior elements you just won’t find it. do not hesitate, go and have fun, this is a very worthy choice!
