Stayed at the hotel with my husband. Booked online and got a 5% discount. The hotel is new, built in 2009.
Liked: 1. Good and spacious rooms (45 sq. m. standard) plus a large balcony with a very good view from the window. Good air conditioner and refrigerator. The room arrangement can be viewed on the website.
2. Room cleaning and change of towels daily, efficiently and unobtrusively.
3. A beautiful promenade and a long, private beach (in July, they freely chose a place at any time). Access to the sea from several piers via stairs and rocks from the beach, which requires some care.
4. Sunbeds are included in the price and guarded, paved parking too.
Disliked: 1. Breakfast included in the price, buffet style. Sausages and sausages instead of meat, not of the best quality, no fish, sliced vegetables, one type of milk porridge, side dish. Dishes and serving are excellent, but there is nothing to eat!

2. No infrastructure: no pharmacy, one grocery store (horrible prices and no choice), no industrial goods store, one stall with fruits and vegetables (I think you don’t need to talk about prices in it... ), for young people - nothing! !! , and several restaurants on the waterfront (I liked the quality in one)
3. All sorts of little things: the lack of disposable shampoos, a newsstand (my husband cannot live without fresh press) and the descent to the hotel (very steep! )
Conclusion: Suitable for those who care about proximity to the sea (actually 15 meters) and the lack of entertainment is not important, although it takes 15 minutes to Alushta by taxi.
