For Crimea, this is not the worst option for recreation.
Undoubted pluses: Good (new, working only 2nd year) hotel. Change of linen every 3 days. Towels are changed every day. Accurate daily housekeeping. Great sea view from the window. Balcony with a table also overlooking the sea. Guarded parking. Your own beach. Paid breakfast (buffet). The breakfast menu and the quality of cooking are quite acceptable (usually pancakes or dumplings, two cereals, sausages, vegetables, fruits, cold cuts: sausage and cheese, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs, pastries, tea, coffee, cereal and milk, kefir, juice drink) . The staff did not look into the plates and did not look at how much and what they take.
Cons that spoiled the rest: The beach, although its own, is rather bad. There are a lot of stones, the same situation was last year, it is not clear why this shortcoming is corrected so hard. Sunbeds are occupied by vacationers from 6 in the morning, and some are not released even for the night, they leave pebbles or towels. At the same time, in reality, all of them are practically never busy. That is, if people just came and took their places, and then they were released (they didn’t leave various items there), then there would always be enough sunbeds for all vacationers). Bad and very expensive food. They cook averagely and for all this they ask for a lot of money. Lunch for three (with the first, second and third) costs an average of 1500 rubles. At the same time, the quality of the cuisine and the range of dishes offered are again very average. Read the reviews of the hotel before going. The same situation happened last year. When communicating with the hotel manager when booking a room, we received information that the kitchen is almost all new. But personal impressions suggest that the changes are small. For comparison: in the same Alushta or Yalta, a similar lunch with the same quality can cost three times cheaper. And in a hotel you simply have to pay, as there are practically no alternatives. There are also restaurants on the premises. I haven't been there, but the prices are even higher. A cheaper option is a cafe with oriental cuisine. Here the prices are 2 times cheaper. But having been there once, the second time there was no desire to go. What is cooked there can hardly be called oriental cuisine. There is no comparison with the Caucasus. The skewers are just disgusting.

The nature described by the owners of the hotel (trees and forest air) has little to do with the hotel. All this is at a decent distance from the hotel. In reality, the hotel can only walk along the promenade, quite beautiful, with flowers. And real trees and a park are nearby in a nearby boarding house. They went there for a walk.
Finally, there is practically no entertainment: there are no sports grounds, even tennis tables are not set up. A trampoline is pumped up for children in the evening. Somewhere from 8 pm, live music is played in the restaurant and two soloists sing. Overall, it's pretty good for a restaurant. But this is absolutely not enough. having fun with just this quickly gets boring.
In general, it is surprising that having spent such money on the construction of a new hotel, such inexpensive steps as places for sports (sports fields and equipment) were not thought out at all and high-quality beaches were not prepared. All this spoils the impression.
However, when compared with the situation on the city beaches of Alushta or Yalta, even such beaches will seem like paradise.
