We rested from 31.07 to 10.08 in room 314.
I booked a room at the end of April, I really liked the communication with the manager, the answers are quick, the consultations are complete.
In general, the entire hotel staff is polite, attentive, well-trained, I would say, starting with the manager at the reception and ending with the lifeguards on the beach.
We arrived at the hotel at 16.00, immediately settled in, paid for the accommodation, was disappointed that there was no possibility of a cashless payment.
By the way, you can’t pay with a card at any “public catering” point in Hellas, which, in my opinion, is very inconvenient.
Building, parking, room
The descent to the hotel seemed to me, a coward, very steep and scary))
Entrance to the hotel by passes, the second "checkpoint" directly in front of the parking lot.
The car was left in the parking lot behind the building - there was just one free place)

And right there is the building of the building, several “entrances”, entering, you immediately find yourself on the 5th floor, we understand that you can only get up / down through the building (however, I can be wrong).
The room is large, fully corresponds to the description and photo stated on the site.
There was enough furniture and space for the five of us, there is a safe, an iron and a hairdryer on request, an ironing board in the hallway on the floor, two cups and saucers, two glasses, a tray from dishes.
us for extra A baby cot was provided for a fee.
Of the minuses: the floor in the entire room is tiled, which is practical, no doubt, but with children it is quite dangerous, and not very comfortable (
Bed linen and towels are snow-white, and the hotel rules contain a clause that a fine for a non-washable stain is 100 UAH.
It strained me all 10 days - you have to constantly be on the alert so that the children do not wipe their "fruit / chocolate" hands with a white towel, so that they do not drip something on the linen.
Children do not think about any fines, and even more so they do not always understand and control themselves.
Why not cover the beds with colored linen and even more so colored towels are needed. I understand that the “interior design solution” of the room will “suffer” with this. beige-dark walnut design.
But in our case, my nerves, who had gathered to rest, suffered (((
But the most interesting was ahead. When checking out, I stood in front of the maid as if on a scaffold, when she looked at every speck on the linen and towels.
I understand that otherwise the fine will fall on her shoulders, but this situation was sooo unpleasant for me.
In the shower, instead of a booth with doors, there is a “foot” bathtub, tile sides and a shortish curtain, as soon as washing begins, there is a flood in the shower (
There was Wi-Fi in the room, but on the balcony, of course, the connection was better and better in the evening / night, although the speed is low, apparently there is not enough “strength” for all vacationers.

The balcony is very large, the width of the entire room, the children were even ready to sleep there))) By the way, there would be a fold-out bed, there would also be room for a table.
Room cleaning is expected on request (you hang a sign if necessary), but we had daily cleaning even without a sign, change of towels every day, bed linen every 3 days.
After settling, they immediately rushed to the sea.
There are 3 groups of hotels on the territory of the complex - Hellas, Marine, Irey.
Large embankment, 6 food points, two shops, a pharmacy, attractions, a swimming pool from the Marine - paid (we were not, I can’t say anything), from Hellas for children free with 2 small slides.
Territory
It is very large, there are a lot of buildings, our building is on the very top line.
The descent from the building to the beaches is provided by electric cars for 12-15 people.
During our vacation, one cruised, but it was enough for us, because it was not difficult for us to walk, both down and up, since the paths are even))
Mobilchik schedule - from 8 to 14, from 14 to 17 - break / battery charging, from 17 to 20-21. We had no complaints about the schedule and the work of mobile phones, we didn’t have to wait for a long time - it’s very convenient.
If you walk from the building to the beach of Hellas, then the distance will be 500-600m, from the stop of mobile phones on the embankment to our beach - about 200m.
From one vacationer I heard the phrase “they imprisoned us in stones and cement, we would be in Pitsunda now, but how good it would be in Pitsunda now... ”
Why compare the incomparable, Abkhazia is Abkhazia, and Crimea is Crimea.
Yes, all the paths are made of concrete - you almost never walk on the ground, there are many fortifications to avoid collapses, buildings are more than 3 floors.
As such, there are few trees, of course there is no park, but everything is well-groomed, beautiful - flowers, bushes, Christmas trees.
The park itself is in the Semidvorye OZK. The boarding house is old, most likely from the times of the USSR, but despite this, the territory is well-groomed, even the building is under repair.

It’s bliss there!! ! You can’t breathe in the air, but once we ended up there after the rain, we didn’t want to leave, we breathed-breathed-breathed)) It’s a pity you won’t bring air with you))
We have not been to Turkey / Egypt - we do not like them yet, we have not seen everything in the Crimea))
However, this year's holiday was lazy despite having a car.
In general, they lay down on the beach, only twice they had to go to Alushta for groceries (bought in the center, opposite the market in the Furshet store), because in two stores in Hellas, prices are very high, and the assortment is minimal.
Fruit on the embankment is twice as expensive as in Alushta, but in a hopeless situation they bought it there too.
Very few souvenirs are offered, as it seemed to me, they didn’t even buy a beer mug for my husband’s collection))
The embankment is large, along which the buildings of the first line, on the first floors there are cafes, 2 shops.
Also, on the first floors, the “apartments”, as I understand it, are private, with their own “courtyard”, even two-story, the price for these rooms in the high season reaches 10 thousand rubles.
But we probably would not want to live there - at a glance, people are constantly walking along the embankment, the sea is not visible from the windows, only beach tents (((, the only plus is the proximity of the sea.
Beach, sea: each hotel has its own piece of the beach, but they are not separated, you only formally understand where is whose.
The best in Hellas, opposite the pharmacy - the pebbles on it are smooth, already caressed by the sea.
The bottom is more or less acceptable in comparison with other beaches, the entrance too, although there are places at the bottom where there are large stones, but for all the time we already knew and bypassed / swam around them.
The water is the cleanest - for our five Crimean vacations in different places, the water is so clean for the first time, thanks to the pebble cover of the beach. Only once there were a lot of jellyfish, and I almost didn’t swim (I don’t like any living creatures around me ((Fortunately, on other days you could swim).

All 10 days the weather was great, the water is warm even after the rain (one of the days it was raining).
There are free sun loungers on the beach, but if you come by 10, it is unlikely that there will be free ones, although what am I saying - at 10 it's already time to get back to the room)))
However, the rescue guys always tried and found sun loungers for latecomers, they walk along the beach, look, bring))
There was enough space on the beach for everyone and always, in 10 days no one lay on a rug on pebbles : -).
Two locker rooms, a place for washing feet, no shower. But the most important thing is that there are no toilets (!!! ) There is a toilet in the Beach building, but you still have to run to it ((I think this is a big minus.
But in general, the beach is clean, although of course depending on what to compare, there is a separate smoking area, they didn’t smoke directly on the beach with us, there were no cigarette butts, bottles and garbage lying around.
There is a rental of inflatable equipment, umbrellas, a children's sandbox, though the sand would be added to it, rental of catamarans, riding on a tablet, banana, water skiing.
Children's: we saw 5 sites: near the Park, near the Club, near Morskoy, in Semidvore, near the Green building at the end of the embankment.
The Green building has two pools - one of them with slides, it’s quite suitable for children 10 and 5 years old, I didn’t see moss on the steps, and even more so toads! , in the frame water changes every day (in the evening I personally watched how the water was drained).
There is also air hockey, fishing, fitness equipment, a trampoline, a labyrinth. By the way, both the Park and the Marine have simulators.
On the playground near the Sea sand - the children ran barefoot, a "collection" of anchors (forgot to take a picture (((

We really missed the animation at the Park building, it was announced on the Beach, but it was inconvenient for us at all, and I once watched the animators there - their eyes do not burn (((. There are a lot of children in the building and in the evenings they rushed from idleness under the windows, entertained themselves ((
Moreover, the Club has a place where children could be organized!
Late we found out that there a young man worked with children in the evenings for 10 UAH (though I don’t know per hour or how).
The same building has a swimming pool, paid for parking, the children went there for 40 UAH, swam all day, ran back and forth.
Trampoline here is free, sandbox. You can rent a grill.
In the park building in the restaurant, cartoons were shown daily, from 16 to 18, but at 17 we went to the beach, so there was no need for them.
Food
In the restaurant Achilles (6th floor of the Park building) we had lunch and dinner - we really liked it, the food is varied, everything is fresh, you can find dishes for every taste.
Lunch for 2 adults and 3 children costs 1400, although our two-year-old son of course did not eat the paid norm ((
Sample menu 10.08: two types of pastries, watermelon, juice, compote, jelly, tea, salads: such as mimosa, Russian salad, Greek, sliced tomatoes, various greens, mayonnaise, ketchup, olive oil, vinegar; soup, okroshka; buckwheat, millet, pasta, potatoes, cauliflower in batter; Georgian chicken legs, pork with pineapple, fish cakes, meatballs, pork chops.
The waiters are like bees in the hall, dirty dishes on the table do not stay longer than 2-3 minutes.
The child spilled a whole cup of juice, so they didn’t say a word to us - they quickly wiped everything off - the chair, the floor, wished us a good appetite.
Once we had dinner at Da-Vasko - it seemed a little expensive and the portions are small, but they have very tasty pilaf.
Lemon [/ b] - I'm delighted.
Firstly, from the appearance of the staff - the girls in the blouses embroidered with lemons, skirts are very pleasing to the eye.
Secondly, for such service I want to leave a tip. The waiters seemed to read our minds, served very quickly and professionally.
The food is delicious, the portions are large, everything is fresh, and you don't have to wait long.

The exception was my disappointment with the much-lauded tiramisu.
Sorry, but this is NOT tiramisu, this is savoiardi (fortunately not a biscuit) with whipped cream ((((
Cafe Hold - directly on the beach of Hellas - cold beer 12 UAH, a large assortment of fresh pastries for 5 UAH, pasties 12 UAH, pizza 40-60 UAH, corn 8 UAH, draft (decent oddly enough) wine from 4 UAH per 100g. We bought buns and bread only in the Hold. They also have fruits, but it's a little pricey, I think (
We also ate at the OZK Semidvorya cafe - prices are lower, the cuisine is simpler, walking further, but tasty and acceptable.
"Bar" at the Park building [/ b], on the left in the corner). A whole epic is connected with him about how we tried to mark the "equator" of our holiday in Hellas.
We ordered barbecue, wine, juice, cold cuts, and mashed potatoes for children. The service is not fast, although there are not very many people, we were served by the bartender. They forgot to bring mashed potatoes from the ordered, and sliced u200bu200b- withered cucumbers, a little bit of a tomato (obviously not worth 40 UAH) was brought after a reminder.
My additional order for Kindzmarauli wine appeared in a glass of another wine. Dear, after a glass of wine, I am still able to distinguish kindzmarauli (or a claim to it) from a slightly simpler semi-sweet wine.
However, after my remark about this, the bartender too quickly agreed to reduce the amount in the bill. They brought the bill - in it the wine turned out to be 10 UAH more expensive than in the menu, cutting is not included. I had to find out. According to the bartender, the price for the Alazani valley is indicated on the menu, and kindzmarauli actually costs more, but the bartender could not show where it is written on the menu, concluding our conversation with the phrase “what a nightmare”. What was a nightmare - wrong prices or my claims - I did not understand.

I repeat, we have not been to Turkey and Egypt with "all-inclusive", therefore we compare Hellas not with them, but with other hotels in Crimea, where we rested before.
Usually we don't go to the same place twice, but I would return to Hellas!
Also because there are a lot of sights within a radius of 100 km, and this year we were not on excursions (
