Полное разочарование!!! Complete disappointment!!!

I was looking for a hotel for a vacation with a small child (1.2 years) for a very long time. As a result, I liked everything on the site and decided to book a room. I booked at the beginning of June. I was very worried about baby food in particular. All my fears were justified. Settled in the building "Park" room "Luxury Suite" on the 5th floor. The manager recommended it to us, since the Beach building is located on the embankment and is noisy for the baby. The restaurant in the "Park" building is located on the 6th floor and it was a complete horror. The kitchen of the restaurant above our bedroom, you can only imagine how noisy we were. To all our requests not to make noise after dinner, when the child is sleeping, the managers stupidly smiled, nodded their heads and, like parrots, promised to settle everything, but after a day or two everything was repeated, we asked to be relocated (after all, when booking, they knew that the baby and I should have take all this into account) but we were refused, they said that there were no rooms available. Then we began to swear, called the hotel manager, who also promised to settle everything, and after a while said that he could not do anything... Question... Why was he there then at all? Calling Moms!! ! There is NO baby food! In "Achilles" the usual "buffet" from which you can take something for a child (they say porridge, cheesecakes, steam cutlets) and even then it was not every day. There were days when there was nothing at all for a child. When I asked at the reception about the children's menu, I was told that in this restaurant you can ask for any dish to be ground with a blender!! ! (It turns out that chops if ground with a blender is already a children's dish). They also said that there are many restaurants on the territory (if you can call them that, a maximum of cafes) and there is a children's page in each. I went through all and looked through these pages, hug and cry. I refused to feed my child with such muck. It’s good that I foresaw all this and took a slow cooker with me, it helped me out. There is no playground, and to be in the sun, the pool, too, where the hell is dirty, and the pool, which is located near the "club" building for vacationers from other buildings, is paid 50 UAH. per person for a day, the water is cold, the sea is even warmer. There is no park, this is a park from the sanatorium "Semidvorye". In general, 2 stores are scarce, there is not even baby food, I had to go to Alushta. The doctor on the territory of the hotel, this is generally a separate conversation, when our child got sick, we called him, during the conversation it turned out that he was an anesthesiologist from the Alushta hospital, and here he works part-time on vacation. In general, normal mothers will understand me, I knew more about pediatrics than he did... In the room, too, not everything is going smoothly: the floor is tile, but is this a hotel for children? There is no way to warm up something for a child to eat at all, in the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain, one small shelf... And this is in the Suite room. What else can I add... I do not advise for families with small children. We left 2 early in total disappointment!!!
