It was the first time in Crimea and in this hotel. Recommended by a friend. She has already rested twice and received treatments here. The arrivals were early, we were at the hotel at about 9 o'clock in the morning, we were placed right there. All staff are smiling and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is everything you need, and a hair dryer, and a safe, and a refrigerator, and even ropes with clothespins on the balcony. Excellent food. I was especially pleased with the borscht with pumps on the day of arrival!! ! We ate on the second floor thanks to all the staff who served us there!!!
Special thanks to the masseuse Yulia Bogdanova for her golden hands!!!!!
The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were also changed, which is very nice. Cleaners are great!! ! Personally, I did not have a single negative emotion. I really liked it!!!!
I plan to come back next year.
