I'll start with the cons.
This is the work of an online manager on the Zolotoy Kolosa website. To be honest, of all my attempts to find out any additional information about the living conditions, none of them were crowned with results. It felt like I was talking to a robot. Each time, the answers did not give any other information, except for what is already on the site. And sometimes there was no answer at all. That is, when asked how much it costs to visit the salt room, in the end we were given the answer "yes you can visit for an additional fee", and to the question "how many people are resting now, is it possible to get into the pool, we were told that "the hotel is 35% occupied" , although the answer "there are no people at all in the pool at such hours, and usually 2-6 people in the evening" would be quite satisfactory.

Of course, I understand that you can always call the sanatorium and find out everything, but if you choose from several dozen places, you hardly want to call them all. Until now, the cost of the salt cave, which we wanted to get into, has remained a mystery. By the way, at the reception they didn’t know the answer either, they sent us to the 3rd building to find out, but we were too lazy to do this.
Now about the Kolos itself.
I liked everything very much, settled very quickly, literally in two minutes.
All the staff are smiling, friendly, and this is probably the most important thing. The room is clean, bright, there were disposable slippers, 3 towels for each, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer with two nozzles. Change towels on request.
The room was on the corner, but it was warm.
It took 2 hours to eat, you could come when it was convenient for you to have no problems with it. The food, the buffet, is quite edible and varied. True, it is more suitable for lovers of home cooking, I would like a more European menu. Nevertheless, we have never been so full in our lives. I would even say gorged. You can't sit on a diet here. At home, it is rarely possible to fully eat 3 times a day. We even thought about skipping lunches, because SO MUCH YOU CAN'T EAT. It was frustrating that coffee was only served there in the morning. And there were no juices. But you could always drink tea or coffee in the bar of the USSR.
Repair work was carried out on the territory and it was not very convenient to move around, in principle, we didn’t care, since we went for a walk around Alushta itself.
I really liked the pool and saunas, I don’t know what the rest of the vacationers were doing in the winter, there were always very few people there. The room is +30 degrees, the water is also warm, towels were provided, showers, hair dryers, lockers, you could also drink herbal tea there. The pool has buttons for hydromassage.
Were in the gym, though only once.
I liked that wherever you go, there are water coolers everywhere.
In the evening there was always some kind of entertainment program, the cinema hall also worked, despite the fact that we were often alone in the hall. By the way, we would be happy to go to nightly cinema sessions and to the gym and to the pool, if it were possible , because in principle, after 10 pm there was nothing to do.

There were attempts to hold a "disco party", but to be honest, given the small number of vacationers and the large variation in age, before that it would not hurt to arrange an "alco party" to sort of tune in the right way =)
In general, I liked Crimea in winter, the weather is much milder, there is a lot of greenery, a surprising number of cats and dogs and few people. All in all, a real paradise. I also liked the rest in the Golden Ear, I don’t know, of course, like in summer, but in winter, at a price including discounts, this is the best option.
