Last year we were at the hotel for the New Year celebration. I liked the hotel already from the front desk. Attentive, friendly staff. Treating guests as if they were valued guests. As the saying goes "every whim". At the same time, it is not ingratiating and without false smiles. And for such an attitude, you can forgive any flaws in the interior or cleaning of the rooms. The celebration itself was not boring. The banquet is awesome. Songs, competitions (my husband and I even received a prize for the best video). Photo and video shooting of guests was carried out during the banquet and on the following days (we were able to see our photos and videos and "download" from the hotel website. The banquet was served in the common room and the VIP room. It was much more fun in the common room.
On the rest of the holiday, animation, parties in different styles, discos, etc. worked daily at the hotel. We were pleased with unlimited access to the pool and sauna. And for the kids, it's just heaven! There are an incredible amount of kids.
And all the time of stay everywhere, at all events the director of the hotel was present. Communicated with vacationers, participated in events, in general, just lived in a hotel. And such attention was very pleasant.
I will not write about the shortcomings, we went there to rest, and not to find fault with trifles, especially since there were no serious shortcomings. We lived in the first building on the 7th floor. Beautiful views from the balcony, I think the building N2, in which the suites are located, this is very lacking, because there are only 4 floors.
Once again I will write that most of all I liked the attitude of the staff towards the vacationers. Therefore, for whom this fact is important - you are here. Who wants a more luxurious holiday - nearby in Alushta and Yalta there are hotels of the appropriate level and price.
Speaking of price. This year we could not afford to meet New Year's Eve at this hotel, because the prices are not exactly inadequate, but they are sooooo overpriced. Planned a celebration at another hotel.
