The room is dirty (I killed a cockroach in the toilet), all the walls are flooded with wine, there is no balcony, the furniture is all old and dead (the chair is probably 40 years old). The child went to bed linen begging 3 times. There were no dishes and chairs (brought a week later at our repeated requests). The management of the sanatorium probably does not know how a "Lux" room should look like for such money! Hot water on schedule (stably turned off at 22-30 and turned on at 07-00), during the day it was also turned off. There are a lot of cats and dogs on the territory that howl at night with fear. Dining room (although the site of the resort says that according to our room category we should eat in a cafe, we ate in the dining room - the cafe is closed) - this is something. I see this for the first time (we often rest in sanatoriums). Dirty tablecloths, milk porridge diluted with water (there was practically no milk there), cabbage rolls stuffed with buckwheat, boiled fish with a side dish of oatmeal porridge, dried fruit compote every day (this is in the south in summer), very few vegetables, sour cottage cheese, fruits rubbery and tasteless. The bread has always been old and sour, and the pastry, apparently from the local bakery, is not the first freshness and is of very low quality. This so-called custom menu (choice of 2 types per dish) alternated every other day. The only thing that was tasty was ryazhenka and kefir from the Alushta plant. We went to feed the child in the Lukomorye cafe on the waterfront (tasty and not expensive). Yes, we saw more than once in the evening how the employees of the canteen were dragging groceries home with bags. Treatment: only for extra. fee. Until the masseur was given money, we were simply stroked. Speleotherapy (cave) is a strange place, it smelled of dirty rags there, there was no salt, foam walls. Leisure: for those who are over 70 years old. The only thing that pleased was the sea, the sun and the climate of Alushta. I wouldn't recommend my friends to go there. . The management of the sanatorium wants to squeeze out as much money as possible for the minimally created conditions and treatment.

According to other vacationers, building 2 is cleaner, but there is construction work nearby, and people enjoy the corresponding sounds all day. The food is bad, worse than in the school canteen. All everyday problems and inconveniences could have been immediately resolved and smoothed out and the rest would not have been overshadowed by these moments, but after a conversation with the management of the sanatorium, we realized that vacationers mean nothing to them. Sarcasm and indifference are the visiting card of the sanatorium administration. Therefore, we tried to spend as much time as possible outside the territory of the sanatorium. Walking along the promenade, we saw many other hotels and inns. We talked with their residents, we realized that we overpaid at times and made a mistake with the choice of a place to stay. The room has: two beds, a sofa, a desk and a coffee table, a TV set, a refrigerator, an air conditioner. spacious walk-in closet. the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. special thanks for the basin (I had to wash something with the kids - it's convenient! ) It was warm in the room. there is a dryer on the balcony. thanks to the maid Tatyana, who cleaned the room every day. linen and towels were changed on time: no reminders! Quite a comfortable room, "not Soviet"! The entire territory of the resort is well-groomed, there are a lot of flowers in the buildings. Personally, we liked that there are cats and dogs - it's wonderful for children. they are affectionate and not intrusive (the presence of animals did not affect the cleanliness of the territory! ).
Medicine: the staff is competent and polite. Doctor Tsygany T. A. She listened to me carefully and advised the best procedures for my children, taking into account my wishes. I counted 8 procedures for each + pool (this is a standard treatment, which is included in the price). Many thanks to all the medical staff for their understanding and patience. children were not always quiet. special thanks to the massage therapist Tatyana Mikhailovna - an experienced person, finds an approach to any person, advises what to pay attention to in the future. The sea was cold, so we swam in the pool; it's just huge: the water is fresh, but clean + the jacuzzi works. minus is a low-power hair dryer (you need to take your own from home).
