Decided this year to rest in the Crimea. We rested there 2 years ago in Alushta, we liked it very much. Long before the holiday began to pick up a place. We stopped again at Alushta. I stumbled on the Internet for excellent reviews about the boathouses "Dolphin". Wrote. We chose a room on the 4th line on the 1st floor, as with children. The hostess Natalya Borisovna sent a detailed description, photo, diagram. It seems nothing....Remoteness 4 km from Alushta, walking along the coast 30 minutes to the central embankment of Alushta, convenient parking, a place for a barbecue... (as Natalya B. wrote). The room is two-level, on the second level there is a full-fledged sleeping place....In reality: we arrived late, at 1 am, met NB, there was no place for a car, we had to leave it on another line. There is very little space, barely 2 cars are leaving. We went into the room, sort of like in the picture, but everything is very crowded. Nude showed us where the beach, cafe, shop is - at night. Complete darkness, not a single flashlight. The beach is very small for so many accommodations. The NB demanded a full payment, at half past three at night, there was no way to wait until tomorrow....When I asked to wait until tomorrow, because. we didn’t like it, but for 2 days it was already paid, the NB did not agree to any. Settled. We started settling in. The bed linen is clean, but everything is old, when 2 sofas were moved apart, it was impossible to get into the toilet. To climb to the second level, you need a stepladder, an ordinary huge metal stepladder, of course, you can’t put it with the sofa apart....You can’t push the toilet with a shower cabin, the kitchen area is very small and dirty, the dining area is right next to the toilet, the air conditioner is installed right in front of the beds, those. do not turn on at night. We spent the night and went to the beach in the morning. Very, very small. The territory is very dirty, there is no connection, the barbecue area is somewhere near the sea. There is no place in front of the room at all, you open the door and then the cars leave, because stand in one line. Even the clothes dryer has nowhere to put, right on the road and stands. In short, we didn't like it at all. It is natural not to walk along the coast to Alushta, by car to Alushta 10-15 minutes. on a terrible road. On the territory there is a shop with awesome prices and a meager choice, one cafe of a dubious appearance. In general, we decided to leave. I called the NB that we were leaving so that we could return the money. She came and threw the money on the floor....like we let her down and she lost her profits. She did not return the deposit and has not yet given everything away, allegedly for moral damage. Maybe the first line and nothing, but....
We called the guest house "Krasnaya Polyana", where we had a rest 2 years ago and went there. In the center of Alushta, 7 minutes from the sea, excellent conditions, wonderful hosts!! ! We very much regretted that we didn’t go there right away, we decided to live on the very seashore. But it's good that everything ended well and we had a great rest !!! ! All good mood and rest!!! !
