It turned out that on the side where the entrance is the first floor, and on the opposite side, where the windows overlook the sea, it is the third floor.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove with 2 burners and a sink. And of course, cupboards full of crockery. There is everything you need, even a supply of salt, sugar and bay leaves. It is a pity that there is no hood, you remember this as soon as you start frying a fish just caught from the pier. There is a beautiful balcony, even a loggia, which has a cool sofa, 2 armchairs, clothes dryer. The view from the window is generally a separate issue. Mountains, sea, sun. Super! One of the rooms has a double bed, the other has a sofa bed and an armchair. Enough space. Everything is clean and pleasant. Everything is working. There is an iron and ironing board.
We had breakfast on the balcony - it's a fairy tale))). In May, there are a lot of dolphins here, they swim very close, you can see their wet backs.
Directly opposite the window is a small private beach with a convenient entrance to the sea. There are 2 piers, no permit is needed for fishing, it is possible to rent a boat (charter, sorry).
I want to give a separate paragraph to describe the local cafe. The cafe is located next to the left pier. The tables are on the terrace overlooking the sea, but actually over the sea, very nice. The first impression is pleasant, very fast waiter, attentive, sensible. The impression faded when we received the bill. Of the 200 g of Meat declared on the menu, they drew us 400 each. Although there definitely weren’t any, well, we couldn’t eat almost half a kilo of meat. In general, they fool there not childishly. We must pay tribute, the dishes are clean, the service is normal, the food is delicious. Everything was prepared fairly quickly.
So we went to a cafe in Alushta, the benefit of 15 minutes by car (of which 5 - on the rise to the highway). And then they decided to skimp at the supermarket and cook in their own kitchen.
There are indeed unfinished construction projects in the area, but if you go to the boathouse, it is assumed that you will either stay in the territory all the time, and it is beyond praise, or you will start driving.
