Having gathered in Helios (Evpatoria), we did not expect super conditions, because the price is the cheapest at the sanatorium.
What we saw was simply HORRIBLE. It feels like returning to the Soviet Union. The staff is VERY RUDE, like they are doing you a favor with everything. Yes, and they don’t get along with themselves - you sit with the child in anticipation of the procedure, and you listen to their SCREAMS and SCREAMS with each other.
You have to ask for treatment. And give 2 procedures - no more!! ! For some reason they don't have coupons for the rest!! ! RAVE!
The dining room is a miracle of the 21st century! Dirty, old cutlery, dirty tables. Food is a special topic. Never seen anything like this anywhere! They cook like pigs! The salad was always given the same - from grated cucumbers and a bunch of dumped on a plate. The menu is the same. Everything is not tasty, watery. Tea (horror) - with the smell of soda.
The custom menu is just words. For 14 days, we were allowed to choose our food only once, while they brought something completely different from what we ordered. A neighbor's child was poisoned. Therefore, I didn’t force mine to eat - not every adult can eat such a gruel in a bowl. Fruit only on the menu (hung at the entrance). Actually, they don't.
We lived in building 4. The rooms are still bearable. But the shower (with toilet) is a horror. Constant stench. Everything is leaking, it’s about to fall off! People living in building 2 were generally horrified - there was only one toilet on the floor, insects crawled in the rooms!
On the beach, the sun loungers are busy (they allow many strangers who are not vacationers in Helios for money). And if you get a sun lounger - you will drag it along the beach yourself - the men "working" on the beach only collect "fees", but they will not help you.
