We arrived early. At 10 o'clock local time, the room was not ready, not yet free, there is nothing surprising here. I was shocked by the behavior of the girl at the reception with the sweet name Margarita!
They met us, to put it mildly, rudely, grumbling that our reservation had not been printed out (nowhere and no one told us about it! ), Not offering to go to rest from the road, drink tea / coffee (there is a bar and a cafe on the territory, which we found out about later themselves). The child at that time was sleeping in my arms.

We asked: where can we go and what time will the room be ready? To which they answered: I don’t know, go for a walk and poked at the ad, which indicated that the check-in was from 2 pm.
The hotel met us with such a great mood ! ! By the way, when checking in, Margarita did not bother to convey all the necessary information to the hotel guests, so we found out about the presence and location of the children's room quite by accident, going up for lunch, and the door to the room was open, only on the 3rd day of arrival!
Thanks to the girl in charge of cleaning the room. She tried her best to make sure we quickly settled in and rested after a long flight. Many thanks to her!
3. Our room was standard. Quite large in size, there was enough space for the three of us. Furniture, repair, bathroom in good condition. Linen and towels changed regularly.
There were also beach towels in the room. On the first day, they left a towel on the beach and gave it to the guys working there. We decided to ask Margarita what to do in this situation? And then they realized again that the girl was not in the mood (although as it turned out she never had one). We were told that a towel is issued for the entire period of rest (!?! ), go look for yours and take it (?!? ). I wonder just how it was done - to find your own)) out of a dozen of the same identical and used ones! This is where it got funny! Thanks to the maid - towels changed.
To the other administrators, Oksana and Natalya (I hope it’s true), no questions, well done girls, very polite, friendly. The hotel security guards were also pleased, competently doing their job, always responding to the request.
4. The hotel seems to have its own beach, but anyone can enter it. Sun loungers were almost always available, maybe because the weather was not conducive to swimming, it rained more often. Probably, because of this, the beach was also dirty, it was often not possible to approach the water because of the algae washed up on the shore.
5. Food, as stated, 3 one-time "buffet" and 2 times, a snack, so you can call it) at the bar.

The range in the restaurant is not large, but did not leave hungry. I would like more fruit, there were only watermelons and grapes, peaches once more. From sweets / pastries to tea, purchased gingerbread and waffles... Sadly) but you won’t get fat) Once there seemed to be some kind of biscuit!
I was not pleased with the children's table (which we most expected). For the entire holiday, its assortment did not change - pasta (huge horns, by the way, had to be cut), potatoes, purchased sausages, boiled chicken, chicken cutlets and pancakes. There were also cereal and milk. Well, that's all the variety of the children's table...
But the guys-waiters are just great! Always polite and attentive. Big thanks to them!
6. Animation in the hotel is, the children were entertained. True, we did not appreciate it, but we saw it from the outside. The animators were a little tired (maybe the end of the season . . ), I would like to mention only the girl Vika (I hope I remembered correctly, she was smaller and younger than everyone there, with beautiful mischievous eyes))) often in a tiger costume) I really enjoyed talking played and danced with the children.
7. The medical center in the complex is quite modern, who wants to improve their health is quite up to par. There is an indoor pool which is great if it's raining outside. I was surprised that it is in full open access - you can enter from different doors, even for children, and there is often no employee there. Dangerous...
8. The territory of the hotel is not big, one might even say small. There is an outdoor playground, there is a summer cafe on the territory (but not related to the hotel), parking and all)
