Vacationers live in 10 buildings of varying degrees of comfort. During the holiday season (from May to September), the sanatorium "Mriya" takes on vacation up to 1200 adults and parents with children (from 4 years of age), and in the off-season - a full-fledged spa treatment is provided to adults. During the school holidays, children get better here. On the territory is the Church of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duke Vladimir.More →

1. For me, the biggest minus is that there is no normal toilet on the beach. For I have a baby who can be impatient at the most inopportune moment. What they offer on the Dreams beach as a toilet is creepy, I want to unsee it, in my eyes it crossed out almost all the good that was in this resort.
It's just a shame that the administration of the sanatorium was not ashamed to offer THIS as an amenity to its vacationers. Personally, I will never go to the Dream again even for free for this reason.
It is clear that everyone relieves themselves in the sea, since no one in their right mind will let their child into IT, and adults also need to have remarkable fortitude in order to dare to use the outhouse there. I have never seen anyone enter this toilet. And there were more than a thousand people in the sanatorium, on the beach, respectively, several hundred, at least . .
2. The second fat minus is the beach is far away.
Two and a half kilometers in one direction... well, it’s still okay to go there - a walk, fitness, breathe, drop into a store, but I don’t feel like walking such a distance back in the heat. I want to keep freshness after the sea, and not sweat. Still, the first line allows early swims before breakfast and, on the contrary, late swims after dinner and even night swims... There will be problems with this in the "Dream" - stupidly its beach is open from 8 to 18 hours, at other times you can get to it can only be through some other, social beaches, passing by the edge of the sea. Well, or climb over the fence)))
3 The third minus for me personally is that there is no smoking area. Some kind of kindergarten - well, is it really impossible to single out some kind of nook on the territory? Yes, even at the same gate through which smokers are kicked out. What's the disrespect? As a result, all over the territory, here and there, they still manage to smoke, cigarette butts are lying around - what's good? Make it cultural! Moreover, it will not cost anything, except to print a sign with the word "smoking room"))
4. Playground - shame. Nothing to even talk about. Considering that hundreds of children were in the sanatorium at the same time, one tiny slide with only tiny swings did not save the situation. It's just greedy administration, I think. These playgrounds are no longer so expensive that it would be impossible to buy a couple. There is almost no entertainment anyway, and there is also no playground - it’s generally a disaster for those with many children.
5. Another minus - in many rooms there is no air conditioning! We are not yet in the heat, but how do people survive there in July-August, when the temperature rises above 40 degrees? Bullying is natural. Especially, over children with disabilities, who have enough problems without it. And they also have to toil from the heat.
6 The sixth minus is the Soviet order in terms of entry and exit from the building, from the territory: the building is locked at 23:00, three of the four gates at different times in the evening. Some kind of madhouse... You can’t go out for a walk or smoke. This is not a pioneer camp after all.
7 Nowhere to dry clothes. In the room, it does not dry categorically.
8 Exactly half of the resort's beach was made a paid area - such as VIP))) there are sun loungers, umbrellas and bungalows - paid. Considering that the sanatorium was almost completely populated by people on social vouchers, it would be funny if it were not so disgusting! As a result, half the beach is filled with people like a barrel of herring - so that even some bus routes take the guests of the sanatorium to a social beach nearby! And the second half of the beach is striking in its emptiness. In two weeks, I only saw twice that people rented a bungalow. And the beach employees invite passers-by to this paid half - strangers who have nothing to do with the Dream. Disgusting!
Now the pros:
1. The rooms are freshly renovated, the windows are plastic, the furniture is new, the mattresses are excellent (even my sore back calmed down there), the linen was washed well. Old TV, but showed well over 20 channels. Plumbing worked great, new showers. There is always water in the cooler at the reception desk - you can take as much as you like, you can make tea. There is also an iron and ironing board.
2 Food. . . this is difficult: on the one hand, many dishes are simply impossible to eat even from hunger, they are so badly prepared. On the other hand, you can always, in principle, choose something more digestible. The portions are gigantic in my opinion. They will always give a supplement, if any.
Soups and cereals - a buffet, the rest must be ordered. Stupid system, but, apparently, it seemed to them more convenient. We were always brought everything ordered, but a friend from the next room complained that they often did not have enough salads. So everything is not so clear.
The waiters are wonderful young boys and girls who manage to be cute in such a hard doggy and very, very low paying job.
In short, food - the Soviet canteen. Absolutely not a restaurant
3 The sanatorium arranged bus transfers after breakfast and after lunch to and from the beach. This is a plus in karma) There was never a crush on buses, and we traveled twice every day for two weeks on different flights. Well, yes, several people usually rode standing up, although there were two or three buses. But it's only five minutes. In my opinion, you can get there standing up, I don’t see anything terrible.
4. There is a children's room in the room where you can leave the child to play. There is a disco in the evenings and cartoons on the big screen.
5 The staff was great - very polite people, I liked everything. Everyone tried to help, if suddenly something was needed: the waiters, and administrators, and security guards - I remember everyone with pleasure.

I do not understand people who write bad reviews about the Dream. You did not come to Turkey to a five-star hotel, to a sanatorium. A lot of people don't like food. I don’t know who was poorly fed, my daughters and I overate. Regular healthy food. If you are going on vacation, decide all the questions in advance, whether you want delicacies and entertainment or something else.

Impressions from the sanatorium are very mixed. Indeed - a scoop - as already mentioned. The room, although small (building 5), but decent. The room lacks a kettle and air conditioning. I can't imagine how people can relax without air conditioning in the season (I was in the velvet season)! The guest in my room caused surprise and questions from the administrator - I have not seen this since Soviet times! The room lacks a kettle and air conditioning. I can't imagine how people can relax without air conditioning in the season (I was in the velvet season)! The guest in my room caused surprise and questions from the administrator - I have not seen this since Soviet times! The dining room is a separate song. There are not enough workers (apparently, small salaries). The food is plentiful, but, most often, tasteless. It is simply, apparently, a sanatorium, since the body accepted it favorably. There are rules in the dining room, but no one explains them - you will find out everything yourself. The impudent public (as a rule, pensioners) grabs everything instantly, so you may not get something. What surprised me - there were very few fish - and it was like pollock. It's on the coast of the sea! The remoteness of the beach can be treated differently. In principle, having adapted, it did not bother at all: you can ride a free bus on schedule (quite convenient), you can walk (about 25 minutes), you can ride a minibus for 13 rubles. The beach itself is old. . Wooden canopies and deck chairs require at least painting. But the sand is being removed, clean and calm - there is no this killer bad pop music, as in our south. The territory of the sanatorium is good, well-groomed, green - this is the main lure. Nearby only the same establishments, the city and entertainment are further away (about 30 minutes on average). In short - who needs a quiet and relaxing budget holiday without frills - you can safely come!

I do not agree with the reviews of one person from 17 and 18.07. 2017. Normal sanatorium. They fed very well. Everyone was friendly and no one was rude to me for 3 weeks of rest, on the contrary, no matter what I asked, everyone did it right there. Perhaps these people themselves provoke a scandal. There is such a category of people - at least smear them with honey, everything will still be bad. … More ▾ I do not agree with the reviews of one person from 17 and 18.07. 2017. Normal sanatorium. It's a pity that "Mriya" was ruined like that. Nature and air have not yet been spoiled. But fruit prices are higher than in Moscow! Until they understand that it is necessary to work off the money received, it is better to choose Bulgaria, Turkey, Montenegro. And the service there is much better.

In the cafeteria, 90% of the staff should be fired. Remove the entire old staff to hell, leave only the green youth, who are not yet accustomed to the established order. Remove the entire old staff to hell, leave only the green youth, who are not yet accustomed to the established order. In the dining room there is a constant replacement of expensive products with cheaper ones. Unfortunately, I can’t post a photo yet - we took it as a keepsake several times along with the menu (what was on the custom menu and what was actually brought). Since this year, the sanatorium has replaced the buffet with a customized menu. Leaving for the Dream, they read reviews - everyone called the work of the dining room the main problem. Actually, with the transition to custom meals, nothing has changed. For example, crab sticks are added to the ordered squid salad, boiled pollock is served instead of fried fish, etc. But the cost of lunch I paid was calculated based on the cost of the products indicated on the menu. Do not add dairy products. According to the menu, 200 ml, pour no more than 120 ml (that is, in fact, a little more than half a glass). Products are not reported. For example, sour cream in dumplings, casseroles, cheesecakes, etc. In response to the demand to bring sour cream, they lie that it is not. They bring it only after you repeatedly insist on your own. Salads are brought without dressing, although the dressing is on the menu. In response to any comments from vacationers, they refer to the stupidity of young waiters, who in fact only serve what they put on plates in the kitchen and gave out. To be honest, it was very disappointing for the waitress girl, who was fired because of the remarks of vacationers about the work of the dining room. The remarks from the vacationers were not for her and this was clearly discussed with the dining room staff when the quality of the dishes was discussed. The complaints were about the work of the cooks, the head waitress and the woman sitting at the entrance to the dining room, and not about the young waiters who deliver the dishes. But it turned out that it was easier to turn all the arrows on this green youth and get rid of it indicatively. It seems like they heard the comments and carried out the work. But the next day, the same thing is repeated: underfilling, underfilling and replacing products. And the new waitress just bats her eyes, not understanding the claims. Drinks (coffee and cocoa) are a different story altogether. . In response to the remark that the teapots are empty, the madam, sitting at the entrance to the dining room, declares: "Find the head waitress and tell it to her!!! ". We have received this answer many times. I just want to ask: you guys didn’t confuse anything ?? ? I am a vacationer and should not look for irresponsible staff who do not care at all. And I don’t have to run around the large dining room or utility rooms like the kitchen to get groceries on my own to find a person from the dining room staff who is completely unfamiliar to me. People just leave without getting what they want. I saw the senior waitress three times in two weeks in the hall. Once a resting woman followed her into the kitchen. The quality of the products is extremely low - heavily winded salads, semi-finished meats are completely rubbery, sometimes ice dishes are served that no one thinks to warm up. With everything described, the cost of lunch is 250 rubles. That is, 750 rubles per day. In Evpatoria, a standard business lunch is about 250 rubles. If they knew that there were such problems with the dining room, they would not have taken food. It turns out that it is possible. . . It's terrible that the canteen staff does not understand that they are digging a hole for themselves. . After all, after such frills, they will not go to them - they will prefer the same Turkey. The cost is commensurate with 3-4 stars when checking into a large room. And after all, they are sitting, complaining that only 200 people came to them this year instead of 1.500 people. I am very surprised that even 200 people came. . . And what hell would it be if 1500 people came?? ? Is it really necessary to have a super brain to understand that you yourself scare people away from yourself with a filthy attitude ?? ? There are also big complaints about the maids. On the day of check-in (in the most expensive suite) we found used shampoo sachets and other rubbish in the bathroom. According to other signs, it was decided that there was no cleaning at all. Only the bed was changed. There was rubbish on the carpet. As a result, they themselves bought chemistry and washed everything in the bathroom. The maids are in the building only half a day maximum. Tidying is very formal - a couple of times to run the brush over the toilet and pick up the trash....The whole tidying of the two-room suite took them no more than five minutes. We deliberately left rubbish-indicators in the rooms - nothing was removed before our departure. Well, you can't be that lazy! And this despite the fact that the load in the sanatorium was minimal. The beach closes at six o'clock. So if you want to sunbathe before dinner, you will sunbathe in the heat. In general, the beach is well maintained. Walk to it for about 20 minutes. There are buses from the resort on schedule. Only the sunbeds are wooden. I will not say that they are comfortable)). . but at least something. The toilet is across the road. Two holes in the floor : ), no doors. Go to the toilet for everyone to see. The only one I feel sorry for from the staff of the sanatorium is the gardeners. These are real hard workers, from which it is worth taking an example. Their work is highly respected. Very, very beautiful and well-groomed territory, someone is constantly working. Either they water it, then they cut it, then they loosen it... It's a pity for them. . with such a service, they will soon be out of work.

Well, about food, it feels like you are at home, you only ate caviar for breakfast, looking at some (last time), it seemed to me that they didn’t eat pasta at home, not to mention the rest. Excuse me, of course, did you just come there to eat, or enjoy your vacation ! ? It seems to me that no one remains hungry, but there is so much to collect on your plates (dear mother! ), That you can feed another twenty people! Yes, of course, there are disadvantages, this is the lack of air conditioning, far from the beach (but there is a bus), but what kind and caring people work there! And a big thank you to them for putting up with some.... !
