After reading the last two reviews, I was shocked to say the least. I would like to comment on the “minuses” of the hotel and resort that were especially surprising in these reviews:
1) Food. We rested with the author of the last review at about the same time. I don’t know where they were “fed every day with buckwheat” and canned soup. I can say one thing for sure: it was not Sea Land. Either the comrades had a special. menu.
During the 10 days spent there, we managed to gain a couple of kilos. The food was very tasty and varied. For all the time (taking into account the fact that the full board was paid immediately), the cook "repeated" only a couple of times. Every day there were fresh vegetables, fruits, and compotes.

2) They immediately warn about mosquitoes, because the boarding house is literally a hundred meters from the estuary. But they only come after the rain. And if mosquitoes are already let in, the staff of the boarding house will react instantly))) We found our "winged friends" at twelve o'clock in the morning.
Five minutes later we were visited by a "mosquito hunter" in the person of a watchman with a powerful vacuum cleaner. This is how it all ended.
3) The beach is cleaned every day. So a certain amount of papers and cigarette butts in the middle of the day is no longer the fault of the owners, but the negligence of vacationers. Neighboring beach for 50 UAH. differs only in the presence of elegant white arbors for 250 UAH. per day and lined up in a harmonious row of sunbeds.
4) Number. The decor of the room is quite consistent with the "star" of the hotel: modest, but tasteful. It is surprising when people instead of a "standard" room in a two-star hotel expect to see a "suite" of the five, stuffed with expensive furniture and appliances. It would be desirable to tell: instead of whether you were mistaken a little with the address. In addition, the information about the salaries of staff was amused. And where did you get such information? Is it possible that one of the employees started a heart-to-heart conversation with you about their hard lot.
5) The location of the boarding house is not a mystery behind seven seals.
And if you are not satisfied with the two-kilometer distance from the city, then you should not go there. And a pharmacy, and shops, and a mini-market are within a five-minute drive. In general, to each his own: who is a noisy party on the central embankments, and who is a quiet family vacation.
6) Prices. For a good holiday prices are quite reasonable. In order not to be mistaken, the "correct" prices can be found on the site of the boarding house. I think the cost is 300 UAH. in August, to put it mildly, does not correspond to reality.

7) And finally, about the weather. Are there really two Evpatorias in Crimea? What plus 9, what are you talking about? During the days that we rested, it was stormy one evening and one afternoon there was heavy rain. But the temperature was comfortable all the time. And they managed to get a tan, and swim in plenty. And you pay money not for the sea, but for a hotel room. The administration and staff of the boarding house are not responsible for the weather, as well as for the "unheated water" in the children's pool, which simply does not exist.
The result is this: the boarding house fully justified our ideas about a comfortable relaxing holiday. We had no complaints about Sea Land. Qualified staff and just lovely people. I would like to say one thing: if you are going on vacation in order to count the number of pieces of paper on the streets or calories in food, then it is better to sit at home and watch TV. From the rest you need to enjoy, and not look for flaws everywhere. In addition, prepare carefully for the trip: find out everything about the hotel, about the sights and entertainments of the city, about transport, etc. In general, have a nice rest!! !
