I want to note right away: the experience of staying in hotels around the world is 20 years. So I can give an absolutely truthful review. We stopped at the hotel in August 2012 on the way home from Miskhor (we rested at the 1001 nights hotel, you can see the review). The first impression is a complete lack of management. No one manages, no one teaches the staff, everything goes to waste. Settlement: everything went quickly, but no one offered to help bring things. You have to walk half a floor to the elevator. Carrying up stairs is not very comfortable. A young man in the lobby watched intently as we rolled our suitcases up the stairs. It seemed that this was part of his duties. There was no parking space for a car. Cars were parked at random. They asked to find the owner of the car, which took 2 places, so that they could move, they could not find it (although the number of the car is recorded in the form). They put it near the gate, asked permission from the duty officer, warned if something happened, call. Answer: Of course we will! No one called or asked, but in the morning they found a threatening note on the glass that the car would be evacuated, as it was in the wrong place! The room is large, 2 rooms, but absolutely stupid. There is a lot of free space, but there are not enough chairs, bedside tables, too, there is nowhere to put things. The balcony is large, but I didn’t want to go out - it was dirty, they didn’t clean it for 2 weeks. The bathroom is large, but it’s impossible to wash in the shower - we chose the cheapest model that can only fit children. The SPA complex is really big, there is a lot of space, but again, the impression is that there is no owner. Someone's peeled off plaster floated in the pool, it was not properly removed everywhere. Finally blew the breakfast. Level - station buffet in the regional center. There are a couple of dozens of closed vessels on a large table - no inscriptions! Everything has to be opened up. The food ended up in 3-4 of them. Instead of juice, some liquid floated in the machine. There were no coffee cups - a disgruntled girl offered tea glasses, there were no spoons either, however, they didn’t offer tablespoons, they took out tea glasses. The tablecloths were not changed for 2 days, I didn’t feel like eating at all! We ate an egg each, a piece of bread and went to a Tatar restaurant. The beach declared by the hotel is the same city, only in the corner there is an inscription "TES". They were afraid to go in, a lot of people, as much dirt. We got into the car and drove out of town to a private beach. One day was enough, we decided to urgently evacuate. We moved to "Ukraine" (read reviews). "Bloch" did not seek out, everything was in full view. External entourage is present, but the notorious price-quality ratio is absolutely not dancing! I will NOT recommend to my friends!
