I was very dissatisfied! Compared to last year, the services have changed a lot, at least in the Spa center. Arriving at the hotel, 40 minutes later than the scheduled time, and our booked room is still being cleaned !! ! We were promptly provided with another one, it's not scary at all, and even the fact that this year for some reason they decided to take money for slippers, these are also trifles , and while taking a shower, the faulty part of the shower splashed cold water on my head)))! e. hammam, another steam room and 3 showers, jacuzzis just don’t work anymore and are not included in the bath complex, the pool turned out to be cold. On the complaint, I heard that someone probably forgot to warn us about this and it’s simply not possible to talk with the administrator or the authorities, they are not in place and will not be, as I understand it))))). That is, I did not hear a single answer to the questions posed! After visiting the Spa, we steamed out and had to walk along a cold corridor of 14 degrees according to their measuring device), so also in the corridor, as I understand it, the lights were turned off to save electricity and we walked up to the 5th floor. In the morning at 11 it makes no sense to visit the Spa, because the steam rooms are not heated yet, the pool is even more so))). But I have no more complaints about the room and the restaurant, I even really liked it!
