Отвратительное место disgusting place

We spent 3 weeks in this terrible place (we moved in at the end of July 2015) and I consider it my duty to tell everyone about it so that others do not repeat our mistake. We paid for 3 rooms on the first floor (we are 4 adults and 2 children).
Boarding house "Arsenal" is a strict regime zone.
This boarding house is owned by a man named Nikolai and most of the employees are his relatives. Nikolai himself is sincerely in love with himself, boorish, selfish.

For any little thing, the staff runs to him and "knocks" on vacationers, he immediately comes running and begins to sort things out. I had the imprudence to get sick. I lie in the room for 2 days, the temperature is 38.5, I feel bad. Mom brought me a cup of tea from the cafeteria. While she was carrying it, the cleaning lady saw it, she ran and told the administrator, he was the owner, the owner ran to swear and demand that the cup be returned immediately. Mom tried to explain to him that I can’t get up, I feel bad, we’ll return this cup in the evening - he’s not interested! Give it away now and that's it! Another case - I'm going to wash my hands, I'm looking for a washbasin on the street (next to the kitchen) and by chance, walking along the path, I passed by the washbasin. I managed to take 3 steps towards the "staff" room (from where the food is taken out to vacationers and where the owner mostly rubs), as 2 administrators literally ran up to me and rather rudely escorted me out of the restricted area. The third case - I hung out the bed linen to dry (because they always bring it wet, sleeping in such linen is disgusting). The administrator immediately came running, began to ask why I was drying it and if the children had written down the mattress. She threatened to fine us if that's the case. When we left and rented a room - she almost with a magnifying glass for a long time and cynically examined each mattress, but found nothing.
There are a lot of such cases, and they happened to all vacationers, now I don’t want to waste time describing everyone. It is important to understand that the staff treats vacationers like prisoners in the zone, they are constantly rude and "knock" the owner. Oddly enough, this boarding house has several regular customers. These are people from the hinterlands of the Russian Federation with a very limited budget, to whom the owner makes a 40-50% discount. They are rather unpretentious and are ready to endure this hell for a discount. In addition, the photos posted on the website of the arsenal do not correspond to reality. Apparently, the owner paid a lot of money for the selection of good angles (so that everything seemed larger), made rearrangements that were beneficial for the photo and subsequent deep processing of the images in graphic editors.
Now briefly about the main thing.
Cleaning is disgusting. Cleaned badly and every five days, linen and towels are changed too - once every five days. If for some reason you cannot leave the room (for example, you are sick), there will be no cleaning. The cleaning lady calls the administrator, he insists that you leave the room, if not, they defiantly turn around and leave. Linen is brought wet, towels are similar in size and color to kitchen ones.
The food is greasy and amazingly tasteless.
Touches by the fact that each time sitting at the table, each vacationer receives one piece of bread. For pancakes (4 pieces per serving), they rely on 1 teaspoon of condensed milk. Asking for an extra piece of bread or an extra bit of condensed milk is useless, they won’t give it. And so it is with food.

The rooms are shabby and dirty. The beds in all three of our rooms are single beds with terrible spring mattresses (you can feel every spring with the ribs). I didn’t sleep normally for almost more than one night... Plumbing is all in limescale and deposits (it’s disgusting to touch). Wi-Fi practically does not work (I advise you not to rely on it). There are a huge number of mosquitoes in the rooms - and with this problem the administration sends you to the store (buy something from them, they say). The photo shows the front door to each room. You can imagine how many mosquitoes eventually break into the room.
The territory of the hotel is very small, in the web, with two tiny pools. In one of the pools there is a large watering can that never works (apparently they save money). The children's pool is 2.5 m in diameter and very deep, reminiscent of a bath tub. The children's corner on the street is tiny, with an old, burnt-out house and a swing. Almost everything is broken. In the evening, millions of mosquitoes arrive and it is impossible to go outside in principle.

Boarding house "Arsenal" - this is my worst impression of the Crimea. I will definitely go to the Crimea next year, but I will never stop in this dump again and I do not advise others!
