We rested again at the Delmar Hotel in Zaozerny in August 2017. family - 4 people. (children aged 5 and 14).
We lived in a suite with one bedroom on the 2nd floor in the old building. After reading on the site about the innovations that appeared in the hotel, to be honest, we were a little afraid - whether it would be crowded for all the guests who were simultaneously on the territory. Fortunately, our fears turned out to be in vain: there was no large crowd and "flea market", everyone was comfortably accommodated throughout the site. I was pleased with the increase in gazebos for relaxing with barbecues. I really liked the cafe on the territory with the possibility of purchasing drinks at the hotel for children and adults. Now there are two recreation areas, which, in our opinion, has become very convenient. In the evening, children in the cafe are shown cartoons, you can sing karaoke. It's all under the roof. So in any weather, even when it's windy and rainy, the kids are cozy and warm there! At the same time, adults can safely sit by the pool in sun loungers or in cozy gazebos with barbecue!
The owners of the hotel - Vadim and Lenochka - are wonderful positive people. They carefully and imperceptibly guard the leisure of guests, noticing and fulfilling all requests and wishes. Repairs are being completed on the territory: paths, lawns are being updated, the construction of a sauna is being completed. We hope to try this miracle for ourselves next season! Girl Lera is the main commander in the kitchen! All questions about the menu, cleaning and any household details are resolved instantly. Now ready-made food is delivered from the cafe. The menu for the next day is posted in advance, and you can agree on a replacement dish in advance without any problems! The food is very tasty and varied, the portions are very decent.

Of the minuses, in our opinion, the most basic is rare room cleaning (1 time in 5 - 6 days is not enough). And yet, the animator Yura worked at the hotel this season. He was in charge of the music in the pool area. Since Yuri is a young student, he was apparently bored with the music from the Lounge FM wave. He constantly turned on modern club music, which mercilessly "punched" on the head (and this is not only our subjective opinion. Many guests also did not like it very much, but not everyone dared to say it out loud). I had to constantly ask to turn on my favorite and relaxing Lounge! I would very much like Lounge FM to become the talisman and hallmark of this wonderful hotel!
Summing up, I’ll say: I don’t recommend it for childless couples who want drive, fun, noisy and long feasts in the evening. And for families with kids of any age - this is only here!! ! Come at least once - you won't regret it, that's for sure! The unique dry climate of the Zaozerny, the purest shallow sea with huge sandy wild beaches, a cozy, well-groomed hotel area, an excellent swimming pool, comfortable living and dining conditions, caring and attentive staff - all this will allow you and your children to rest, relax and gain strength and health for a year forward! I would be very happy if my review is useful to someone.
