Cleaned twice a week, linen changed once a week. For a guest house, this is acceptable. The territory is small, there are swimming pools, a playground and a gazebo area with barbecue facilities. The food is normal, for four. You can note the well-coordinated work of the staff, you can often see the owner who walks and controls everything and keeps order. Animation is also present, the children were interested. The sea is about a kilometer, 15 minutes on foot, sometimes we went by car. The price for the room is adequate, the quality of services too. If we are in Evpatoria again, I think we will stop here again.

They danced and sang songs at the disco, we could not get enough of it. More than once, the family roasted meat on the grill on the gazebos, got to know other families. It turned out that many come here for more than a year. The sea is excellent, it was cool for several days, we were told because of the current. The beach is sandy and safe for children. We went to the photon - on foot 15 minutes, did not bother. We ordered breakfasts and dinners, the food was edible for a solid 4. In general, we were satisfied and are already planning a trip here next year.

The room in which we lived is quite decent, not luxury, but clean and comfortable. The village itself does not indulge in infrastructure, but the most important thing is within walking distance.

There are minibuses, but we went by taxi, because it's faster and more convenient. Quiet place, eco-rest. The sea is visible from the second and third floors of a large house. Speaking of the sea: sometimes algae washed ashore, but the local taxi driver explained that it is very useful to breathe this smell, because it is iodine. I really liked the beach, a good cafe where you can eat delicious barbecue, salads, ice cream, etc. The choice is not large, but everything is enough.
Food in Delmar is the most ordinary homemade food, but tasty and decent portions. Animation for five! Children are very interesting, fun and informative. We are all satisfied, we will come again.

What generally pleased me was the new sauna with panoramic windows and direct access to the pool and inexpensively! This is an exclusive, never seen anywhere else. This year, the plumbing was changed in our room and the dishes were updated, otherwise everything is still working well and smoothly. The pool saves in the heat and gives a lot of positive emotions. Also, a bar was opened on the pool in July, where the prices are the same as in the store, but the service is!! ! Thanks to the bartender Andrey for super milkshakes. Of the minuses - the second year the repair of roads in the village, but they promise to finish it soon and next summer we will see the result. The animator Eva is just a godsend, the girls are just delighted and participated in all activities every day. In general, definitely, if you are with children, I advise you to relax in Delmar, and, despite the distance to the sea about a kilometer, I think this is the best place in Zaozerny!

There was an incident, our son and another vacationing boy had a fight in the pool, since there is video surveillance everywhere, with the owner Vadim they immediately found out who was right and who was wrong. By the way, he is a pleasant and adequate person, he solves all issues quickly. I think we will come.

The chef is a professional, the food is very tasty, compared to establishments in the area, it is an order of magnitude higher and inexpensive. Special thanks to the hospitable owners - Lena and Vadim - my husband and I really liked the attitude and goodwill, thank you for the rest and a lot of impressions!

We rested in a two-room suite, from the pros: only cleanliness in the room and that's it. Of the minuses: the bed is stuck, everything is stained, there is an unpleasant smell, the room is cold, lack of furniture, there is a small TV in the rooms, one for two rooms, very poor lighting, you can say that there is almost none, one person is responsible for everything - cleaning the pool, plumbing repair, waiter, bartender, administrator, ever-smoking cook, food for 3, all the time not an adequate laundress who always laughs.

Many thanks to the staff and Vadim separately for organizing a wonderful holiday. Even though we stayed at the end of the season, we had a lot of fun. Beautiful grounds, German-style buildings. The pool is a separate issue, just super. Well thought out - gazebos with barbecues, and opposite the playground, to look after the children.

Above the design of the buildings and the courtyard it is clear that they tried. The figure-eight pool, about 20 meters long, is generally a godsend, sunbathing and swimming is a pleasure. It is well thought out that there is an area with gazebos and barbecues, and opposite a playground - it is very convenient to sit in companies, and the children are in sight. We organized table tennis battles - a lot of fun. The children liked the trampoline very much, the first days they simply did not climb out. Our youngest took a fancy to the paddling pool - a children's pool next to the big one. In September, animation is less common, but every day we were shown cartoons, sometimes there was karaoke or a disco. Our children were also delighted with sand animation - in the evening they put up a luminous tablet, poured semolina and the children drew with pleasure. The beach is good, to go somewhere 15-20 minutes with children, not really annoying. In the vicinity there are shops where you can buy everything you need. In Delmar ordered mainly lunches and dinners. Pretty decent and homemade for a reasonable price. The room is basic but comfortable for us, wish there were more chairs and a full length mirror. And so our two-room suite on the third floor suited us completely, the main thing is clean. Cleaning for 12 days was done 3 times and linen changed a couple of times. For a family holiday, Delmar is a great place and I can safely recommend it, come, you will not regret it. Once again, a huge THANK YOU! Look forward to next summer. Animation in September also works, they hold games, karaoke, discos and a cinema, but I would like more. To the sea honestly - 15 minutes with a child. The beach is decent, there are awnings, sun loungers and cafes for rent. The sea is clear and smooth entry - very good. They noted that September, and the hotel is all busy. All family with children, met a lot of good people. There were vacationers - a solid negative, everything was wrong for them, they arranged a showdown in the common kitchen for dishes and other little things. We laughed at this circus))) Good mood and positive are the key to a successful holiday, wherever you go. Rest were satisfied. I think we'll come back here sometime.
