We are resting in Scarlet Sails now, August 2011. The hotel is excellent, the level is high. What I like: the pool is cleaned every morning, there is a jacuzzi and a waterfall. The sunbeds are comfortable, there is a cafe by the pool, the waiters bring drinks and food. Sun by the pool from 8 to 17.
WiFi throughout the property and in the rooms. We took a netbook - very convenient! Even Skype takes, the truth slows down, but everything is visible and audible.
Rooms are cleaned every day with all towels changed. By the way, towels smell of pleasant fragrances every time. Linen is clean, like new. LCD TV, mini-fridge in the room. There is room service, but the choice of food is poor and the food is not very tasty. Italian sanitary ware in the bathroom, towels for feet, hair dryer. The room has a balcony with wicker furniture overlooking the sea.

The air conditioner works well and the temperature is always comfortable. When the balcony is open, the air conditioner is turned off. The soundproofing is amazing - closed the door to the balcony and you can not hear any music from the pool or children.
There is a safe in the room.
Food - includes breakfast and lunch. Choice of 2-3 serious dishes. Some delicious, some not so good. I don't like bread - not tasty at all. For lunch, fish, meat, chicken to choose from. Not hungry, how not to get fat))) Freshly squeezed juices, ice cream, sweets - everything is there.
There is a cafe (or restaurant) by the pool with live music in the evening. Aunt plays the violin - amazing! Such an environment that you want to put on heels, an evening dress and enjoy the music by the illuminated pool. But the best cafe is on the roof! From there, the view of the sea is amazing, and when it gets dark, the lanterns are lit - a fairy tale . .
The worst thing is the entrance to the sea... There is sand on the beach itself, and at the entrance - algae and some kind of bags, you walk on them. Although, if you go through this happiness, then, they say, then it’s clean. In general, I don’t swim, it’s unpleasant. To the beach carries Gazelle without air conditioning. Taxi costs 30 hryvnia. The minibus runs quite often, back and forth (free of charge). There is nothing to do on the beach . . There are umbrellas, sunbeds for free, you drag a towel with you from your room. Cafe on the beach sovdepovskoe, like the public. T. K. entrance to the beach is FREE for everyone (why then write that the hotel has its own beach? )
The rest of the beaches near the hotel sucks - urban, crowded and pebbly.
There is not a single store in the hotel, there is no beauty salon, there is nothing at all except a pool and a restaurant. One day it rained, we sat in the lobby and in the room, only the Internet saved us.
In general, it is very reminiscent of Turkey-Egypt, except for the distance from the sea.
The hotel area is very small, literally 1 alley about 500-700 meters. But beautiful - roses, southern trees, lawn, paths, lanterns . . Very beautiful!

It is better not to go out into the city - a crowd of people is moving along the embankment shoulder to shoulder, there are only eateries around with all the consequences.
The staff is well trained, almost everyone smiles and gives you what you need without any questions. To all questions and wishes, we get the answer "yes". You sit down at a table to smoke - they instantly bring an ashtray. We made an order at a restaurant and in the process decided to give up ice cream - no problem, it was not included in the bill. A security guard watches the territory - and he really watches, we were asked for a card from the room on the 1st day.
When ordering, they bring WARM cups to the room. !! !
