2. Check-in near the hotel (according to international rules) from 14:00. This was also emphasized in the program during the boarding of the bus.
3. Regarding the weather on the Shatsk Lakes: unfortunately the weather is beyond our control, because this lady is in a change of mood)))
4. Exchange of funds: a very individual question, the guide does not know what your budget is and advises based on their own experience.
5. Why we could not change the program: since it was a "hot" date, it was not possible to adjust the program.

The tour operator is not responsible for weather (rain, snow, heat) and road (traffic jams, road repairs ...) conditions.
7. As for the guide, this is your individual impression. Konstantin is the leading guide of the "League of Guides of Kyiv", so your advice "He would probably be better to teach history at school" is at least offensive.

A general question - do you think it is comfortable to travel by trolleybus from Kyiv to Kovel? No? So imagine such a trip on the so-called "comfortable" VW, where the backs of at least four seats out of 17 are not adjustable in angle! And it is probably very convenient to go on the "gallery", where greedy carriers squeezed as many as FOUR seats in a row (almost like a Skoda 14Tr, of course) ?!
Or maybe there is a luggage compartment in that bus? Is sitting on suitcases (literally) considered comfortable?
About the microphone - a separate song. He hissed loudly, cracked and damaged the nerves of tourists. Especially those who sat under the speakers.
So, the rating for comfort: THREE WITH MINUS.

But could you imagine that according to the program of the tour we arrived in Kovel at half past four, then caroled near the hotel until the morning, not being able to check in and leave things, and then, having breakfast at 08:00, immediately had to go to Lakes. With suitcases and bags, of course! And in the evening there was to be a settlement.
A day on wheels is a good option.
4. We are not saying that we exchanged the wrong amount of money. The point is that they had nowhere to spend !!! After all, we changed them for lunch, and he ... was not! Our organizers did not find time.
7. As one of my acquaintances, a law enforcement officer, said: "Not every first-class lawyer is a first-class lawyer!" (C).
Of course, Konstantin is a mega-connoisseur of history, geography, etc., but the way he conducts the tour did not like many tourists from the group with whom we spoke on this occasion. Sad but true.
