Vacationing with my husband. Literally nothing to complain about. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. We booked in advance, upon arrival we paid the agreed amount, and not a penny more. The conditions are excellent. Water around the clock, spacious room, daily cleaning, bed - every five days. The balcony is large, overlooking a quiet courtyard.

The only drawback - far from the sea, but not critical (10-15 minutes on foot). The hostess Marina Alekseevna is a sweet, intelligent woman who creates all the conditions for a comfortable stay.
The service staff is top notch.
I recommend the hotel "SMS-South" for rest to all categories of vacationers

We rest in Crimea every year, sometimes twice a year, but this is the first time we have encountered such a dishonorable person as Marina Alekseevna. We booked a room by early booking - and by the way, what prices were for early booking, they remained in June)) this is a scam for vacationers) Left a deposit in the amount of 700 UAH Upon arrival at the hotel, the price per room per day has increased significantly, this was argued by the fact that the child is using utility services, light and water and has to pay for it) + if the child sleeps in a bed, this is an additional 40 UAH per day (although the presence the child was agreed in advance) It didn’t work out well with Marina Alekseevna, the hostess behaved inappropriately, cursed, shouted, raised her voice ((It seems that she really didn’t want to return the deposit.

It didn’t work out well with Marina Alekseevna, the hostess behaved inappropriately, cursed, shouted, raised her voice ((It seems that she really didn’t want to return the deposit... which she didn’t return in full, out of 700 UAH with a scandal she gave 300 UAH, why I didn’t consider it necessary to explain so much) said tourist fees), although what fees if we were at the hotel for no more than half an hour
Of the pluses, I can’t write anything, we didn’t have time to see them, maybe they are)
Of the minuses
- the location is not near the cinema Ukraine, and the courtyards to the cinema go another 10 minutes, and there to the beach another 10 minutes
- a very small courtyard, you can’t turn around, it’s a bad option with children, there’s nowhere to go out, and you won’t let the building and destruction out of the yard around
- the hotel has a very steep, dark staircase, the light turns on only in the hall below, and if you go down from the room, then only in the dark, you can break your legs
- the presence of a dining room was announced - it is NOT on the territory of the hotel, it is somewhere around the corner in another hotel)
I don’t recommend it, it was an experience for us, now we will only go to trusted places and with good recommendations and good reviews

We rested with the family in the first half of August. I liked everything except for the weather (the first five days it was cold and the sea was cold), and when the weather improved everything was just super! attitude and service at the height. If we don’t pick up anything next year, and every year we have a family vacation in different places, then we know where it will be ok!.

I liked the hotel very much. The rooms are large and comfortable. The owners try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. An administrator is on duty in the lobby, ready to fulfill any request day and night. The rooms are just like the pictures, even better. For 2 weeks, our linen was changed 3 times, the room was cleaned every day.

If you want a relaxing family holiday, you can safely go to SMS-South. Even when "there are no free places" - the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and bathrooms, with balconies. Very convenient location - near a cafe with good cuisine, a market, grocery stores, walk 10 minutes to the beach, In the evening all entertainment is 10-20 minutes walk.
