My sister was alone in the room (she paid the same as we did for two). Bed linen was brought to her on a DOUBLE bed as if on a single bed, imagine the view of a half-made bed, in a dream you need to control yourself so that when you turn around, you don’t end up on a bare mattress. . . Employee Lyuba decided that it would do just fine. We found out late, when we went to bed, we didn't go looking for Lyuba at night. My husband and I were settled in a room, then after a couple of hours, the same Lyuba asked to move to another - well, things did not have time to completely disassemble. I am a normal person, I always go forward, they moved. The next day, Lyuba again comes up to me and asks my sister (why she didn’t come to her, but to me remains a mystery) to vacate the room before 9 am (check-out time is 12-00), they need the number, but the things themselves moved in with us for half a day.... I'm not a scandalous person, but you can't use it so impudently. . . They asked to recalculate and give a discount for early check-out, so she didn’t even greet us anymore, and when we left, she was also rude.
